Wolves are doing a splendid job of making me look stupid.

I’ve repeatedly stated they weren’t capable of a consistent winning run to elevate them up towards the top six.
Well, four consecutive victories later they’ve proved me emphatically wrong.
They toughed it out against Brighton and Reading, saw off Charlton in slightly more routine fashion and on Tuesday when the opposition were there to be attacked, they did just that.
The manager deserves enormous credit. As he states in his pre-match interview (below) we needed to be tougher to beat after the games against Leeds and Sheffield Wednesday.
But then equally, after sitting off and defending well in the games that followed, the team needed to get on the front foot at Molineux and he made the changes to facilitate that.
Criticising the manager is the easiest thing in the world. Recognising when they make the right decisions that have a positive impact is what makes that criticism fair and just.
Cardiff
We were just awful in Wales earlier in the season and Cardiff deservedly put us to the sword. It was as routine a home victory as you’re likely to see.
It didn’t surprise me after that to see them floating around the play-offs, while we bedded down in lower midtable. But after our mini revival we now enter tomorrow’s game locked on 37 points.
The Bluebirds have only managed three wins in their last ten matches and despite kicking off the new year with a decent win over Blackburn, they were easily beaten by Hull on Wednesday.
Away form has been what’s hampered their progress and with the six defeats and just two victories from their 13 matches to date, it’s clear where they need to improve.
Goal scoring as also proved difficult and their 30 so far is the fewest of any side in the top half of the table. Kenywe Jones, who scored the opener against Wolves back in August, has departed on loan, which likely won’t help their cause.
Wolves
Stick or twist for Kenny Jackett? I have absolutely no idea what he’ll do, but the most likely bet is probably an unchanged team from Fulham.

He’s spoken about the flexibility Rajiv van La Parra brings to the side, allowing him to switch between 442 and 451, so I wonder if we might start more cautiously tomorrow?
All the evidence suggests Cardiff aren’t as gung-ho as Fulham, so maybe pushing Connor Coady inside and playing RvLP wide could be more prudent?
Despite no new arrivals (as I write this post) the manager actually has decent options – apart from up front. Adam Le Fondre isn’t eligible against his parent club but Bjorn Sigurdarson may return from injury in time.
The gaffer
Predictions
Five wins in a row would be a fantastic achievement and this fixture offers a wonderful opportunity to do it.
Cardiff are a good Championship side, but I don’t think they’re anything to be feared, particularly at home.
In stark contrast to Fulham, I suspect the challenge might be breaking them down rather than keeping them out at the other end.
I’ll therefore go for a narrow home win.
1-0
Up The Wolves!

Don’t feel too foolish – i doubt anyone could have imagined Wolves having such a good run of form after how horrible we were! Still…why not make it 5/5?
Beg to differ Thomas and Hamlet. I’ve always felt there was a good run on the horizon. December/January has regularly seen an upturn in fortunes during Kenny’s reign. Our form from January 2015 to the end of season was actually top two statistically. That said, four wins on the trot, with oodles of luck, can it continue? I’m going for a narrow win. (BTW: if Kenywe Jones has gone out on loan, why weren’t we interested?)
I think it’s because the club is chasing bigger fish. Eder at Swansea and the Cindrella man at Nantes have been mentioned in the media. Swansea bought Eder for 5 millions, so I don’t think he’ll come cheap. The wolves board shows ambition and will to do serious business..
Me neither Hamlet – funny old game innit?
Hopefully we can take the positives from Wednesday into tomorrow’s game and leapfrog City.
COYW!
For me Kenny has proved himself an excellent manager at this level.
A few poor results early doors and the idiots were calling for his head, but similarly the recent run doesn’t make us super-heroes either. I do wish fans would get a sense of perspective.
We don’t know what say Kenny had in the sale of either Stearman or Benik, but in the capture of Zyro (touch wood/long may it continue) we appear to have a gem which makes a great change from bringing in non-descript midfielders en masse.
Hopefully we can bring in the experienced defender (Ajax captain?) and a new forward in the transfer window which we all know is necessary, and really be able to mount a late charge for the play-offs.
At least one can hope!
How has Kenny proved himself at this level ? Hindsight is a wonderful thing my friend so now Kennys the new Alex Ferguson .
4 wins on the trot, did Kenny prove himself at this level at Sheffield Wednesday away or Cardiff City away .
I suppose 2 wins at home all season until the new year.
Yeah Kennys proved himself !
Oh really Paul get the bigger picture – 2 defeats means nothing, 4 wins means nothing, or do you really not get it?
Courteousy of Wikipedia Jackett’s record:
Total Managerial Career: Pd 650 W 287 D 166 L 197 Win% 44
Wolves Career: Pd 130 W 65 D 34 L 31 Win% 50
Watford assistant to Graham Taylor 2 successive promotions.
Swansea: League 2 promotion, League 1 play offs.
Millwall: League 1 Play offs, Promotion, FA Cup semi- finals.
Wolves: league 1 champions, Champ -Missed play-off on goal difference.
League 1 Manager of the Year with Wolves, 7 Manager of the Month’s.
So answer me now has Jackett got a decent record at this level or not???
3 -1 to Wolves.
They have a manager on the verge of being sacked. A loss tomorrow for Cardiff will see Slade looking for work.
After the no show in Cardiff in August we owe them one.
Go to it boys and continue the run.
My, how the spirits have been lifted over the last few weeks. Yeah, we rode our luck against Reading and Brighton but I feel we’ve been good value for our other recent victories and I have high hopes that we’ll add three to our points tally tomorrow.
Kenny’s the man. I’ve always said it.
Five out of five sounds good and is not too unrealistic. I’m hoping we can return to keeping a clean sheet tomorrow; will be good confidence booster for the lads at the back. After all, one or two of them will soon be fighting for their positions.
Yep routine win tomorrow early goal put them to bed! Need 3 points keep the pressure on top 6 and yes we owe them one! C’mon the wolves
Excellent blog as always.
Now that Afobe has decided to move on to supposedly bigger and better things any chance of a new picture up top?
Fingers crossed for five in a row tomorrow!
UTW
Good point mate. I’m on it.
If Kenny plays the same team, (I doubt that will happen post match interview suggests change), but if he does then Cardiff should be dispatched in the manner we did Fulham. Us idiot fans are just happy to take 4 wins on the trot because if we do put it into perspective 4 wins ago we were sitting closer to the bottom of this really poor league than we liked. Unless we do finally invest then we shall continue on as an average team with an average manager who have both been very, very lucky,
I don’t kid myself about our team, I paper over the cracks to cheer myself up and dream of what we could be.
No probs Stu – anyone with a Waggy avatar is a hero in my book!!!
Paul.
I think I may have to change it if Jordan Graham keeps developing at the rate he is.
Steady on Stu!!
He’s good, but still got a bit to go yet!! I feel so pleased I saw the great man on the wing when I first started going as a spotty 7 year old
Might change my avatar though!
Pauluswolf & Telford wolf,
If you ever get an opportunity, take a visit round the Wolves museum. Go to the section with the videos and watch the piece on Waggy.
Cried my stupid eyes out, pure genius, the man was brilliant and put the fear of God up defences.
Happy days.
Will do – my hero from day one skinning the Southampton fullback time after time at my first ever match at the Mol with my late dad. That goal in the snow against Arsenal in the 5-1 win still etched in my mind………..
You keep using the paper I’m using ployfiller,I’m a bit concerned we haven’t got a few players in by now.
I’m going for a Clive….
Was going to go for a 2-1 win but the first half a dozen predictions I read on here all seemed to be 2-1 so I thought I’d be different. Same team as Fulham please. My worry is that our bench looks uninspiring with the likes of Saville, Le Fondre etc. Still wish we would hurry up and spend some of the Afobe millions – an experienced centre back, a left back and two strikers. I know recent form might suggest to morons like Moxey that we are fine with what we have got but we all know better don’t we.
I’m with Stu this week…a Wolves romp
Cardiff manager sacked immediately afterward
A 3-1 home win with Zyro on the score sheet will do nicely!
Hoping we can continue from where we left off against Fulham.
I don’t see us getting away without playing a recognised striker again. I don’t expect Siggy back.
I think most of us have been fooled most of the time when it comes to predicting Wolves results. But once in a while you got to go for something different. I never predicted a 3-2 so why not this week?
I think most people on here are going to suffocate, collectively holding your breath while waiting for Afobemoney to be spent on new players.
Praying never got anything achieved except for sore knees.
None of that money will ever see the light of day again. You all know how big and fat greasel is, imagine the size and depths of his pockets.
No, pieman has disappeared that cash long ago.
As for Cardiff, my outstanding memory of the history between the sides was, many years ago, deciding to help Scooped lay lino in his new kitchen instead of going to the match……..and we won 7-0 ( I think)
It was a cricket score anyway.
Not quite as big a thumping tomorrow, but still a 5-1 thrashing.
Come on you Wolves players who read this blog, its time for me to get the prediction right!!
I admire your determination that one day Wolves will win 5-1. When that happens, are we likely to see a different prediction from you? Each way I hope Wolves won 5-1 just to see your reaction 🙂
“”Each week”that shud read.
Oops
Almost forgot
FOwb
Not sure about getting up too much on a man losing his job in the morning ! After all a few of us would have been happy if Kj was unemployed a couple of weeks ago ! So trying to keep all things In perspective in what is becoming a very unpredictable season I’m going. Cardiff 2 wolves 6
Marney
Feckin brilliant, love your post.
6-2. You make that bloke from Houston look an amateur.
🙂
I fear QPR away out of these three.. games…with current momentum we should tomorrow use the Zyro factor…or rather the Jordan Graham – Zyro factor..
Even VLP is getting in on the act and I suppose it’s the 442 factor too..
Risky defensively but we are moving more up the pitch..
This lot we should attack I reckon and mr KJ is of similar thought perhaps..
His current interviewing has that ‘wry’ look incidently lol.
You ain’t out if the woods yet mate…
EBL give or take his distribution is getting better ..I’m eating more pie as we progress at the moment ..DB is a different matter..
I will feel so much better when we buy (even I’m almost certain) a CH and a LB..then ‘that attacker’… Whoever he is..
The result could possibly finish us this season in a scramble for the play offs..We obviously are not strong enough to do that currently.
So let’s do the sheep and get our own back from last time but I must say for fear of boring everyone (OK Brompton) the defence cannot afford to give away an early goal..
We are on the true fringe here and I must say I’m getting edgy..
Oh to be a Wolves fan
COYW
No problems mate. To be honest I hope we don’t blag our way to the Prem as we certainly are not ready yet. As you say, a tighter defence is needed whilst we have no prolific striker.
That said, i reckon it will be:
5 in a row – here we come
Great opportunity to make it 5 in a row. A play off place would be breaking new ground for Kenny and would prove me wrong. Come on Kenny lad Ive been wrong before !
It would be nice to see Slade sacked never liked the arrogant shit when he was at Leyton Orient, he never saw anything good in the opposition.
Hopefully same team as Tuesday with same result but different score.
Yes, I would not be sad if he got the boot!!
So nearly everyone says we are coasting to a five game run of victories…but ! It’s wolves, remember ?
We haven’t exactly wiped the floor with teams and we still have the same defence
Will be delighted if I’ve got this wrong
I’m with a couple of the above . I think we re going to give them a thumping . And with left backs and centre halts on the radar I think the back four will be playing out of their skins tomorrow .
North bank bar for swift half anyone ?
My round I believe, Grandkids will be in the Wolf den next door with Jen de Wolf.
Hi stuwolf , cheers , not trying to outdo mr Houston mind , just having my confidence fuelled by Ben stokes atm , oh and perhaps a tad too much grape !! It is late evening here ,
Clean sheet first, then lets score some goals. I`m hoping for some fireworks tomorrow from our pacey attackers so a 4-0 win tomorrow. The opposition may be playing to get their manager sacked in the morning. So another one bites the dust, and onwards & upwards for us.
It made me smile to read pauluswolf wishing for a sense of perspective from fans.
Perspective….fans? DOES NOT COMPUTE!
It reminds me of the classic Father Ted moment when he is using toy cows to try and explain perspective to Father Dougal.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dS12p0Zqlt0
I know that our chances of promotion are ‘Small’, but the end of the season is ‘Far Away’ and if we have faith in Father Kenny we could still end up going close to reaching the Promised Land that we all aspire to.
My perspective might have been thrown out of kilter over the last few weeks but I’m still glad that KJ, although ‘Small’ (and rather cuddly), is not ‘Far Away’.
Wolves to win.
Yes you have to smile Doog, you really do, otherwise……….
You might like to see my reply to the criticism also……….
That’s an impressive record mate.
Make sure that Steve Showcase reads it!
LOL & FOWB
If we are going to be a bit more attack-minded as per Tuesday then I can’t see a clean sheet. But if we can carry on creating chances as per Tuesday I can see a win.
Only change I would make is Price for Coady. Wolves to win at a canter.
I think this will be a lot tougher than most expect and we’ll be happy walking away with a grubby 1-0 hard-fought win. I predicted Wolves to be “in the play-off zone by the end of January” in the Leeds preview back in December and I’m still reasonably convinced we’ll be there or thereabouts by then. I missed the start of the run by a couple of games but it was definitely coming. Think it will end at QPR but we’ll see, one match at a time etc… and Cardiff should relent to giving us a run of 5 wins.
Well, it was nice to see such promise on the home debut from Zyro and Kenny seemed to get things just right.
If Cardiff struggle to score, and can’t win away, they will undoubtably get a hatfull against us, that’s how it usually works right?
I’ll go with a confident result again, and even a clean sheet…
#UTW
I think kj will go with the Fulham starting line up again. I suspect Cardiff won’t be as attacking as Fulham but equally I think they will be better at the back, so a narrow win for me.
Just seen the news on Wales Online of Cardiff being placed on a FFP embargo http://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/cardiff-city-breaking-transfer-news-10738406. So we’ll either see a dispirited Cardiff City tomorrow or it will gee them up. I’m hoping for the former.
I’m looking forward to coming back to Wolverhampton for this. I might pop into A Park View hotel post-match on the off-chance of meeting some fellow bloggers. Any takers?
Hmmm. Owned by a multi millionaire. But still have an embargo??
Backing Slade as much as he has, hasn’t worked out as he thought then……
We are going to smash Cardiff tomorrow and they will sack their manager. I have no time for him, as I have stated in the past.
Besides Zyro running the Fulham defence ragged I was also impressed with VLP. His finishing is not great but his pace certainly upsets defences. Coady, playing out of position, also played well. In fact the whole team put in a shift.
More of the same tomorrow please plus VLP manages a shot or three on target.
Onwards & Upwards
🙂
Not over confident about this one even though i predicted 2 clear goals,
A lot of talk about bringing new players in but nothing doing at the mo.
I hope its not spin coming out of poxey’ s arse.
UTW.
Don’t what happened there I’m sure I predicted 2-0, Hedgind my bets
Living the dream!!!
Same team as Tuesday for me and same outcome – victory for Wolves albeit 3 1.
One of our worst performances this season was at Cardiff when we crumbled to a sorry defeat. Painful indeed. Very painful.
So time to turn the tables on the Welsh invaders.
Enjoy the game guys – Bedford Wolf is driving tomorrow which means I may have a sherbert or two beforehand.
Eight of us travelling from “darn sarf” tomorrow and next Saturday 14 Bedford Wolves have booked to go to QPR in a mini bus – the Bedford Flag will be fluttering somewhere!
Have a great weekend guys – 3 points – no sweat.
BOG
It would be nice to give them a right stuffing but a 1-0 will do for me.
Meant to include my thoughts on KJ.I’ve always rated him in his time at the Mol. When things go wrong , he’s never afraid to admit it and usually has the wherewithall to remedy the problem.I would say he’s an above average manager(in this league) doing an exceptional job with what he’s got.
Cardiff will park the bus and pack the defence.
Can see a tight game with few chances.
In the seond half VLP will waltz into their penalty area and get upended by the cardiff goalkeeper, zyro then scores from the spot.
Tan decides he has had enough so changes the Cardiff colours to old gold and renames them cardiff wanderers.
My life is upside down at the minute… and we had a blast from the Antarctic winds yesterday…and its pissing down … Oh for an NZ summer.
Still I’m keeping positive … wish all my blogger mates well and will be up in the night listening to me babies put it right up Russell Slades rear end. ?
Close but good xx and fojm
Clivey boy ….seems as though your kind wishes came true yesterday (Fri) …. hugs and kisses ….
Wolves wins the match by two goals.
Still concerned that Wolves’ defense is more a case of grit and luck than good organization and planning .. And our midfield is still woeful in terms of creating sufficient attacking opportunities .. But we seem to have found a spark up front .. And should have enough to see off a Cardiff that is on the back foot ..
I have no need to change my prediction……..but would like to see a Clive type score, just to hear the b.s. Slade would try and come out with.
A couple of ” Kenny knew what he was doing all along ” bloggers have come out the wood work I read along with lay off RVP. Just shows what a few wins can do a……a.
Well luck has played a big part in a least 3 of those wins and I can still having nightmares re: Sheffield Wednesday away.
Yes we are playing better I was there Tuesday freezing my nuts off and ill be there tomorrow I for one am not getting carried away.
But it does annoyes me when bloggers appear from no where with there rose tinted glasses on. Jackett may have found the right formula RVP might have turned a corner, but both are long over due and if they don’t perform then I will justifiably critise as I would any player.
Consistency is the key Jackett has said that himself one decent Game re: RVP and according to some he’s the next Ryan Giggs.
Perhaps when he can beat a player AND put a cross in the box not Row Z on a regular basis then ill start praises him.
I repeat, one sunny day doesn’t a summer make !
Spot on Paul!
Vastly overrated player – I only hope he can prove me wrong!
COMBs!
Love this run we’re on but can’t see us breaking down their defence. they should struggle to break ours down as well. Bore draw.
Glad i wont be seeing our old friend KJ tomorrow I much prefer our own Kenny J. He may not be as tall but hes growing in stature once again.
Should be a good gate to show Zyro what a big club he’s joined. I’ll be intent of keeping the cold out by standing up, singing and clapping throughout the 90 minutes.
Back in the UK for a bit and so able to predict as the Chinese internet has completely stopped me from adding predictions for a few months now and a VPN brings up a forum spam alert.
I might even go to this, so hoping for a win!
I reckon Zyro is sure to score and Wolves win .
A close hard fought home win will do me.
I see the run continuing.
Will continue to predict defeats as we seem to win every time I do.
Still concerned that we were very open in midfield on Tuesday and a better side made have exposed that
Hoping for a win, expecting a draw, wouldn’t be surprised if we lost. The joys of being a Wolves fan.
Hard to believe this team can suddenly win 5 in a row but that’s what they should do tomorrow, the key for me is they actually look like a team. Sitting in the front row at West Ham it was good to see the players talking and encouraging each other , that wasn’t evident before xmas.
http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/football/6524746/SunSports-daily-football-round-up.html
Here we go..K Mac new captain?
What’s the point in selling him for that amount?
The Barbados Black Belly sheep is a very good sheep and should not be confused with the Doper sheep which to be honest is a bit silly. I know that you shouldn’t suddenly talk about sheep just because Cardiff are in Wolverhampton, but I don’t care . Just as you shouldn’t talk about daffodils. The Narcissus Jonquilla daffodil is very nice indeed and I have one sprouting early in my garden due to the mild weather recently. A combination of sheep and daffodils will not be enough to distract WWFC from another victory. indeed, the sheep will probably eat the daffodils which to be honest is flippin stupid. But that’s the Welsh for you. If they haven’t got Tom Fuckin Jones singing the green green grass of home they have nothing. Well, apart from Ivor The Engine. So having confusion in the ranks amongst the sheep and daffodils will result in a victory for WWFC by 2 goals to 0. Zyro and VLP will be victorious.
Wolves – expect the unexpected. Double over Fulham, followed by a losing double to Cardiff
It’s great the way these young lads have been grinding out results just lately imo, over the years of watching Wolves in this league, the number of times an attacking Wolves team have ended up on the end of a 1- 0 defeat has been soul destroying to me at least.
Can they keep it up, well why not? They’ve proved they can do it in the last four games, so it’s not wrong for any Wolves fan to expect more of the same at least.
It’s great to see free flowing and atractive football, but what good does it do if you don’t win for the most part of those games.
I think these young lads are starting to get some back bone as a whole, something which has been missing from the Wolves teams for a very long time.
Wolves to win, but i think it may be close.
Jmwolv.
Spot on buddy, fire in their belly and backbone is what they have been missing. Stearman had it in bucket loads, wasn’t the greatest player in the world but was a fighter.
Honest write up mate.
Thanks Stu, pity they lost though.
Cheeseburger , makes perfect sense to me !! Brilliant
5 points out of the next 9….that will do nicely..Sheffield, Blues, Brighton, Cardiff, to keep loosing..then…
It just could be possible…!!
COYW
Start loosing even
Losing even lol
Meant 7 point out of 9..obviously still asleep
We seem to either score but concede, or keep it tight at the back and find it difficult to score. I’m hoping for an exciting match so I’m going for the former. Come on me babbies!
As I live in Wales (all be it 5 miles in from Shropshire border) I’ll play safe & avoid the sheep jokes – we’ve just got cows round here anyway!
Confidence should be high so hoping for the winning run to continue. Would really like some new signings, but not holding my breath.
Come on Wolves 5 on the trot please.
Chances of KJ playing the same team as last week zero. Chances of beating Cardiff still very good. Hat-trick for Zyro please.
I wonder if Zyro can emulate Ted Farmer’s first season – starting with two goals on his debut he kept in scoring – got his 21st of the season on his 21st birthday – and ended as top scorer.
Another two from MZ today would be nice – and not beyond the bounds of possibility judging by the way he took the two in the week. The second particularly was a great mixture of speed, strength and skill.
Just heard that Charlie Austin has gone to saints for four million .. He won’t be playing against us when we win again next week
Unstoppable now
its so difficult to predict which way it will go, so just gonna predict what I hope for.
After showing a lack of faith and being proven wrong, here’s hoping our run continues.
I’m making the same prediction as Tuesday, my first correct guess for months.
Well …………………. wtf happened today?
Well that was shit !
. Stacks of effort all over the pitch
Lack of ability in key areas
Come on wolves 24000 people made the effort to come out of their nice warm houses and come and support their team
Other countless thousands from every corner of the planet trying to find out how the wolves are getting on by what ever means they can
Take the Afobe money and get a centre foward and an experienced centre half Fucking YESTERDAY !
Based on today I’d sell Batth the day before yesterday and use the Afobe millions to buy an experienced centre back to partner EEL and buy two strikers. We could get Williamson, Washington and Cummings for less than £4.5m which still leaves the Scouse Mouse and Toxic Moxey free to pocket the remaining £4.5m+.
Dead on Bedford..id loan EBL out (get a decent trainer to teach him how to distribute and not give it back) ..even I think he could make it…DBs got to go the way he’s playing …its as if he’s a gonner (from the top?)
Another striker def ..
Agree mate..we are in a treacherous position at the back again ..wtf re Williamson..he was great..
DBs on his bike by the way he’s playing..Jordan Graham not communicating with Zyro.. Coady burning out ..Noone not targeted for them ..all this down to KJ..
Completely out foxed by Cardiff now they’ve put 5 past us this season…
Here we go again ..Defensive players needed like there is no tomorrow..
My bins didn’t get emptied in the week and the grass needs cutting.
Kenny has got a lot to answer for.
Won’t dwell on the obvious bitterly disappointing showing this afternoon that has ruined my weekend but have 5 observations;
1. Dominic Iorfa and Jordan Graham look real quality and given the lack of progression at Wolves I cannot see them being with us beyond the Summer when Money League teams come waving their cheque books.
2. The North Bank bar is a shambles. Me and BOG went in there for a pre-match snifter and after waiting 20 minutes to get served gave up and walked out in disgust.
3. The best thing about today was that the annoying bloke who sits next to me and gives a full 90 minute running commentary extolling the basic mistakes that we make and instructing the team how they SHOULD do things wasn’t there today!
4. News on new owners? Am hearing rumours that the Chinese have pulled out and the Reuben Brothers are long gone but Hassan Abdullah (a Jordanian) and an American consortium led by Paul Allen who has a stake in Seattle Sounders, are now serious contenders.
5. Have decided that me and BOG are the two most boring, self righteous and opinionated boring old gits on the planet given that we talked non-stop for two hours going and two hours coming home about subjects as diverse as politics, immigration, the EU, the 1970’s, music, football, school discipline, weddings and quantum physics. (OK I made the last one up!)
3.
For my comment on the match, read London Loyal Wolves above word for word. Add that we were defensively Naive and that was yesterday in a nut shell.
I took my 6 year old Grandson and his 6 year old mate, on top of a frustrating match those two fidgetting and constantly shooting the players with imaginary guns much to the annoyance of everyone around us made for a shit day.
Reference selling the club, I believe the American consortium is fronted by the Walt Disney Corperation. They’re are after a Mickey Mouse outlet in the UK.
🙁
I could of shot DB with a real gun watching Noone take a pot….
Well at least the cricket was good !! Hopefully graham isn’t sidelined for too long because do you know what , this league is ripe for taking, boro are in my opinion the most organized and that will probably be enough from here on in to secure one of the top two spots , but after that nobody is t be feared. My concerns are our hiararchy are happy to be still looking at loans instead of just bringing in the right players to replace afobe, Stearman , I must admit to feeling a tad smug when afobe went down holding his knee last night but then reminded myself that I’m actually in my fifties and well if bmouth spend the money for quality , get the job done and stay up , them bloody good on them ! I’m only jealous really, I ju wish we had that kind of leadership , il be on holls for a couple of weeks so hopefully a couple of wins to keep all our spirits high utw. Ps as a brummie from wat back , wtf are they doing lately ? And with no money? As I say , this league is for the taking
I agree it might well be..if we can create chances take them and don’t concede..that’s all..(!)
Need 3 players to do that poss 4..
Hi stu .. Did you not get a free pass for the bar yesterday ? We were expecting you for a swift tipple mate !
Matt.
I did come in but you guys had gone, to be fair tnough I was late, my Grandsons mate has only been to one previous match and was dragging his chuff. 6 year olds, they just do’t understand the importance of time keeping.
Are you are QPR?, me and Steve Showcase are there.
News on Williamson expected soon. Hope they get him for Saturday and sell DB to Borinmouff.
🙂
