While I'm all alone in the inaugural Wolves Blog chat room, I'll share some sporadic thoughts to see if that stirs future conversation for anyone logging on...

Who am I conversing with? Can you change your name to make sure that function is working alright?

It was a bone-head move from Mout, but I wasn't surprised they cashed in from two hoofs into the penalty area. Our lack of height/physicality was always going to count against us.

More frustrating for me was our inability, even with three midfielders, to take the fizz out of the game with more possession.

The crumb of comfort was Traore who I thought was excellent. Passed the ball better to get into more interesting positions and then produced.

I think his b***s into the box were excellent. We just need a striker to convert those excellent b***s into goals. b***s.

I don't think we'll get dragged into a relegation scrap, but I would worry if we continued to be without more senior pros for a more extensive part of the season.

January is crucial. I agree with Anonymous8 though, I think we'll overcome this and put ourselves in a very strong position for next season.

Just boiled. About to go into my new Covid concrete bunker now. Not sure internet signal will reach. Future messages may be sent by pigeon.

Maybe we should wait and see if he continues to improve. He has been getting better and he apparently has a bit of an injury.

I've just written a blog about Nuno. I found it a turgid effort, but with no distractions, I got into it.
