It’s difficult knowing what’s more galling about a defeat at home to a vastly superior Walsall side at Molineux.

1. The fact it’s been on the cards for the last two home games
2. It owes much to unfathomable tinkering with a winning team
3. It featured an infuriating inability to keep hold of the football
For those fans trumpeting the importance of results over performances, perhaps this one will serve as one big wake-up call, because a woeful inability to retain possession like this simply isn’t sustainable.
After Swindon served up their sobering masterclass on Saturday – not to mention the Crawley Town Friday fright a fortnight before – lessons should have been learned.
Instead, our only goal threat is inexplicably dropped, our lynchpin midfielder is prematurely substituted and the Stearman / Batth partnership that had looked so assured was again consigned to the dustbin for reasons unknown.
The net result is awkward on the eye, as we yet again squander possession to a team that clearly values it way more.
But should we all be panicking?
One of the most pathetic, hapless squads in the last 30 years has been shorn of 20 players to date, to be replaced by just three in Ricketts, McDonald and Golbourne.
With kids notoriously taking time to bed down, results like this against a side without a pot to piddle in should not be entirely surprising, however unpalatable it feels to admit it.

Walsall’s dextrous young outfit were quicker in thought and touch than our entire team and it makes you wonder what will become of the Ginger Mourinho’s men come the end of the season if we’re supposed to be the promotion challengers?
Our previously resolute defence under Stearman’s stewardship looks decidedly ropey these days, while the erratic Sako is stinking the place out like a sack of excrement.
The chasm between midfield and attack is huge and even at 0-1, there was no guile, flair or apparent inclination to grasp the game by the scruff of the neck.
With no meaningful incomings during the transfer window to supplement this wafer thin squad, things are what they are.
But with the same Port Vale starting line-up still available to our manager, they shouldn’t be what they were tonight.

Yep, this stunk from start to finish.
Team selection again highly questionable. I just feel KJ is over complicating things when a more straightforward approach would reap greater rewards. This lop-sided formation is too complicated for the players to fathom.
What’s wrong with 442? Two wingers (Sako and Ismail) and two strikers. This served us well until about half an hour into the Crawley game.
We paid Walsall far too much respect tonight, leaving Doyle completely isolated up front alone. Their defenders barely had to defend and our passive passing game just played right into their hands.
Taking McDonald off (assuming no injury) was a real brain fart. He’s the only midfielder we have capable of invention and the only one comfortable carrying the ball.
Trying to break them down with Foley and Davis in the middle was a non-starter, particularly with Sako inexplicably drifting inside to rob us off width and no other wide outlet.
Golbourne looks sound defensively, but barely put a cross in tonight, even when presented with the space to do so. That was a constant source of annoyance. With a narrower midfield the emphasis is on the full backs to provide the width and he was lacking in the creativity department, too happy to make the simple pass.
Batth made a ridiculous foul that gave them the free kick for the goal. He just barged into the bloke’s back after he’d got the wrong side. He made some good blocks and connected with a few attacking headers, but has a propensity for losing his cool.
Ricketts I thought had a good game and tried to lead by example, bringing the ball out of defence and trying to make something happen. That said, I’d be inclined to bring Stearman back in and shift the skipper to left-back.
It’s a terrible cliche, but going ‘back to basics’ is the order of the day.
What is Jackett playing at. It was like being at Wimbledon ( the tennis Wimbledon) last night as the ball went from side to side then back then side to side then down the left then back then side to side you get my drift the only thing missing was the strawberrys and cream. The front two ie Doyle and Siggy were static no movement did not attempt to make any runs so midfield just passing the ball from side to side or back or down the left wing and then back. I carnt make out whether Siggy was up front with Doyle or on the wing I think he was on the wing ? Why is Jackett playing a counter attacking formation/system at home, away yes but at home my brother sat in front of me brought up the this static at the end Walsall 64per of possession Wolves 34per cent that’s ridiculous for a team on there home turf. Doyle, does not make the runs like Griffiths does Doyle just ambles across the pitch or goes back to collect the ball, when was the last time anyone actually saw Doyle make a run down the middle , arced his run so the midfield just dink the ball over the top, Griffiths, Siggy and Cassidy do it all the time like just like Bully used to. Doyle runs into the corners or the middle facing our goal, yes wins the ball but the trouble is his back is to goal and he’s out of position. Davis was shocking as he was against Swindon his distribution is criminal how he stayed on so long I dont know. Why was Griffiths not on from the start when he came on we looked more of a threat the midfield had another outlet and one pass over the top and he was in he screwed his shot wide but at least he made the run, but that was it then we reverted to type to the side, back down the left wing to the side across then back and so on. McDonald I carnt get my head round him perhaps this might help. A Sheffield Utd fans view on him leaving ” good footballer but has a heart like a Poodle “and what Ive seen so far I carnt argue with that. Wheres his grit his bite the blokes built like a brick shit house yet embassingly he pulled out of one 50 50 challenge yes you’ve guessed it like a Poole who had seen a Rottweiler coming towards him. Walsall fully deserved there win they defended like team they were up for it full of energy and commitment were as Wolves well, it’s to easy to blame the international break or 2 games in a week Walsall have had 2 games in a week the same as us no this is more serious. Doyle for me has got to be dropped he’s far to static runs and runs but most the time it’s back wards or in the corners he had 1 decent header, when I think back to Bull and Muntch how they used to combine Doyle is no where near as effective and most importantly prolific he’ does not fit into the system of having 2 up front he’s a loner but even when he’s on his own up front he’s still not effective like I said his goal per game ratio for a striker is shocking. Im not just having a go at Doyle either Davis, should be taken out of the fire line because he’s a liability. I said after Saturdays game we were lucky against Swindon and if we played like that against Walsall we’d get turned over and that’s what happened. Jackets got to take the blame because the system he’s playing all most harps back to McCarthys final days sit back and invited the operation to have a go and hope to get something on the break we all know how that ended.
Just one mor point regarding Doyle, does he ever practice shooting in training, because it wouldn’t be a bad idea.
its called possession football mate the idea being you move it around from side to side keeping possession till you see an opening. we haven’t tried it for a while and it does take time to get used to it, a bit more than 7 matches .. always the same one defeat and all the big mouthed nitwits who think they know everything are on the march.. have you any idea of just how boring people like you are
Just read the local rag 4 5 1 Jackett was playing what’s he thinking of, McCarthy Saunders and to some extent Stale played that system and it was a disaster that’s why we’re here in League One for f..k sake have we not learnt the lessons of history another manager thinks we’re going to get results playing 4 5 1 unbelievable we’re tried that before Kenny and with Doyle being the lone striker just makes it worse, f..king hell.
It’s the midfield that is the huge problem here – Stearman’s done nothing wrong but I trust Ricketts and Batth – but as has been the case in this game and the last one our midfield has been way below par! Would expect to see changes for Shrewsbury at least in formation – I’d have Ismail for one of Evans or Davis myself!
All the same though, we weren’t expected to win any game so as long as we can bounce back quickly there’s nothing to worry about…
Whats more galling than that is exactly that. Plus walsall breathing up our necks and orient winning convincingly to go 5 points clear up top.
The performances have to improve and they can. But will they? We cant even get the passing right. I dont think the changes since the stunning pvfc game were necessary. We are no everton under moyes. We found a formation we are good with. We should stick and start with it and exert our authority, and switch by making the deadly sub when we feel like we got exploited.
Just putting it out there – imagining if he was allowed to do what he initially set out to … it wasn’t pretty, but Ståle Solbakken’s FC Copenhagen held Juventus to 1-1 in Champions League today…
Solbakken was too clever and too good for Wolves. He needed to change the squad completely and wasn’t given the backing by board or fans (and I include myself) or the time.
We saw the nett results tonight.
2nd best in every home game this season apart from Gillingham…
My feeling is that he wouldn’t have had to change the squad too much as long as the squad was behind him – doesnt matter who’s on the field as long as the 11 players have given their 100%, this Wolves-team on a good day averages at 70%, on a bad day its like a good 50% of “i dont give a shit”… Bunch of overpaid divas. None of the former three managers are to blame, this is a players problem, not a manager or board problem – if it were me I’d be sacking players by now, this cant go on. Four, maybe five players that bleed for it, the rest i’d call an utter uncaring lot of trash.
I think the shambles under SS was down to the players but the manager along with M&M have to accept some responsibility. Staale had to be backed in the transfer market and on the pitch and he wasn’t. A long term plan lasted 6 months and to compound our problems we had a number of injuries to players SS brought in. You saw the fruits of what went on yesterday.
Last nights result had been coming – we could easily be in a position now were we had lost to Swindon and Crawley and Walsall first time around. We have got rid of a number of players yet brought in 3 whose combined cost is less than a million when it appears obvious we need strengthening. Where has the money gone? . . . . (we ask again?)
Before other contributors pounce on me, I’m not being negative – just realistic. This is the third tier of English football and we didn’t ought to be getting passed of the pitch like we are.
Couldn’t agree more Swindon played it on the floor as Walsall did and by all accounts most teams in this division are the same the amount of times we gave the ball away last night was shocking.
I agree to some point, however when we have some ‘star’ players that seem to think “oh, now I can slack, I made it through this transfer window as well” we need not just sack the un-needed ones, we would need to state an example in-season. IE: Sack Doyle or sack Bako or just pick one.
The question is: would it matter if we sacked our best striker or best midfielder if he werent doing his job? The answer is quite simply: no, because if it they arent doing their job you could probably put in any decent youngster there that would work his *** off every single game, potensially learning something, while still being the same game-to-game hit-or-miss that he was replacing.
As you say, its third tier – its on a level where your transfers actually need not cost you alot because one is then in the position to hire and utilize the young, fresh, fast and upcoming that not only will bleed for it or want it – they might also end up in one of two very distinct pools: a) those that become key parts of a long term team or b) those that allow you to make alot of money down the road in the transfer market. In third tier you may actually do old school recruitment – its not “so bad being there” that any of the youngsters that get time in lower divisions could ever afford to say no and its not to the pressure of Premier or Championship where you have to pay top money and every signing is a gamble.
What however would be needed is a good scout because the one we have is gone fishing or has given up.
Stearman should come back in. He did nothing wrong and the 2 games he’s missed we’ve played poorly.
Midfield is the real problem area though. We have to keep possession better and for that we need a new midfielder on loan or a change in personnel.
I also think we need another winger on loan as Sako is below par. We lack a cutting edge.
This has been coming for a while. Frustrating that the problems couldn’t be addressed to win this match against a bumper crowd. We need to win convincingly on Saturday to prove we can bounce back and dominate teams on this division.
Welcome to reality!
While i like a lot of the things KJ has done so far this is the big test for him now. Not sure bringing in Gallen was wise still got my doubts about how good Millwall really were under this coaching combo.
Ps thought Ben was going to say we were a sako shit.
For me it’s definitely the tinkering that galls most. It’s not just the team that needs to learn from recent poor performances, KJ does too. We were desperate against Swindon yet Jackett stuck to that shape and system, and we paid the price.
Having said that, our record is still W5 D1 L1 and so long as we learn from yesterday and keep the heads up I wouldn’t panic just yet.
Sako shit – love it!! Had horrible feeling this one would go wrong. Although a reality check may do them good, they’ve won the last 2 home games while under performing so after this I would now expect an improved effort & 6 points from the next 2 matches.
Our luck had to run out, pity it was against that poxy little club, midfield is a big problem, i agree Stearman should be in the side lets get back to 4 4 2
Ouch – My 5-0 predicition was slightly out!!! We can be better than this though and it was only a matter of time before we were shown that we need to play far better than we have been. I hope this is a lesson learned.

It will be interesting to see how long it takes for all the optimism shown on this blog to dissipate.
I think someone actually said in a previous blog they were looking at the odds for going through the season unbeaten!
I was predicting a comfortable win last night but, football being football, all us long suffering supporters end up getting a kick up the backside sooner or later.
We’re all armchair managers who could do a lot better than whoever is in charge and I agree with a lot of comments about dropping Stearman.
Who’d have thought that he would end up as a fan’s favourite?
We are still third in the table and are there without playing to anywhere near our full potential.
Ben makes a very valid point when he mentions that the squad has lost around 20 players and only signed 3.
Moxey was quoted just before the transfer window closed:_
“You can never tell whether something is going to happen sooner or later but we are aware of the need to strengthen the squad – and we will do so.”
The good start we made enabled him to get away without spending money and we were all expecting some loan players but none have come along.
What a surprise!!
But as Ben also says:- “Things are what they are” ….. and that’s us sitting third in the table.
Not so bad then.
Great post as usual Ben. The point I would focus on is that having shipped out 20 players we’ve only bought in 3. Sure they’re ‘steady eddies’ but dont make up for who has been shipped out. (Even taking account of some of the crap that was here before the shake up). If we’re relying on the kids, particularly midfield, it’s going to be difficult to get out of this division as things stand. I agree also that tinkering and playing unbalanced formations aye gunna be understood by our lot, them aye that brite.
Still lets hope for some QUALITY loan signings soon. After all most of the high earners have been dumped off although I suppose we’re probably still paying most of their wages.
It’s time for Moxey to go in the locked cupboard and release a bit of cash for the cause.
The next 4 weeks will tell us what kind of coach KJ is going to be.
He has done his unfathomable tinkering, nor it has to be back to basics. I looked at possession statisitics on Beeb and could not beleive it. The basics of the game remain the same as always.
If you have the ball they can not play.
If you do not have the ball you wont score many.
Thanks guys for all the informed comment.
This is the third division and I felt it wasn’t unrealistic to assume we might go thru the season unbeaten.
As an armchair supporter I am reliant on this blog for my information about Wolves so thank u 6 minutes from Cassidy, Ben, Thomas etc for your reporting.
For me changing the defence was a mistake and it sounds as if the midfield is losing its way.
Also Griffiths seems to be ‘out of favour’, how come he didn’t start?
I am not convinced by Jackett and still think Moxey/Morgan put money before football.
Imo, Sako thought he’d get a transfer and played fairly well, till the transfer window closed.
He was kept because Forest were £500,000 short in their valuation and he is peed off, cos he’s not in the championship.
Doyle, the £6.5m man, is certainly getting more money playing for Wolves than any other team.
How come he is playing?
What happened to Cassidy who did so well for Tranmere in Div 1?
I don’t go along with the idea that we are not doing so badly!
Two seasons ago, we were plying our trade in the Premiership and now we should accept we are not as good as Leyton Orient, or Peterborough?
We are where we are, because prudent finance is the priority, rather than footballing success.
Man City put out a team that cost £200m last night & Chelsea can afford to spend 30m on a player so their rivals don’t buy him…Morgan is out of his league in terms of wealth and so is our football team, as long as he owns it.
The best we can hope for under the present regime is a return to the championship but am not holding my breath!
I didn’t think we were going to win this one but I hoped for a draw. However when you can’t do the simple thing of passing the ball to your team mates you are not going to win games. Find a formation that works for the team, stick to it and everyone will know where their team mates are or at least where they should be.
This was a short sharp shock, let’s learn from it.
If Davis is the best the academy has produced then maybe Mad Mick was right to ignore the youngsters. He may be a tad fitter than he was last year, but as others have said, going sideways doesn`t achieve much, we need players a la Kightly who could take a pass turn and go forward looking to pass and move at pace around the opposition. The keeper and Baath are the only academy graduates worth a candle we`ve found who can play at this level – yes division 3.
In the last 2 games our midfield has struggled due to maybe inexperience but against more mobile, quicker footed players, but its the movement of their team mates also we can`t cope with, this is down to coaching Kenny.
Last night Sako certainly didn`t look a £3.5m player, and Doyle was again off the pace. Others have more eloquently covered his frailties. Marginally disappointed about the result and performance but roll on next week.
You get what you pay for !
We have spent nowt on players and managers and are relying on our existing academy to see us through … the performances have reflected this – and not just the last 2 games mind – so it wasnt going to be long before the results did too.
It was a poor performance following on from some other poor performances (especially at home against Crawley & Swindon) and we do need to improve but we currently have a 2.2 points per game ratio which if we can keep up will see us promoted for sure. KJ just needs to take stock, work out his best XI, stop tinkering and get back on track with hopefully a win against the Shrews.
I can’t understand going 4-5-1 at home against Walsall. Call me old fashioned but I like 4-4-2 with two wingers and a striker up front who has a pop at goal. Dropping Griffiths was very strange?
Strangely I think keeping hold of Doyle & Sako and signing Goldbourne has slightly unbalanced the team. Stearman has been dropped after doing nowt wrong to accommodate Ricketts & Goldbourne, was Goldbourne signed as a replacement for Sako perhaps? Siggy certainly looks more of a goal threat than Doyle.
Price, Cassidy & McAlinden also need chances to play or they will become frustrated.
Still hopeful of a successful season though so I’m keeping the faith.
UTW
Awful stuff last night from the boys in old gold. I think Kenny needs to realise quickly that we only have one right winger and without him, Doherty can’t overlap and we therefore end up relying too heavily on the left side of the pitch. With more pressure on Sako, he doesn’t seem to able to produce any positive output and we’re left with no other options of attack.
Also, when did we become scared of crossing the ball into the box again? We had numerous opportunities to put a cross in – Foley, Sako, Golbourne and many others all had opportunities but chose instead to pass sideways.
I’d like to see Davis rested for a game and he seems to be struggling lately.
We were much better in the second half but still had no cutting edge, the majority of which I can only put down to having a lop sided formation with players coming in from the right. We didnt have enough bodies in hte box to attack crosses and had no real goal threat.
And can someone tell me what Carl Ikeme was thinking with that mis-throw please?
Still 40 games to go, brand new team who are mostly academy. We are doing really well considering, 6 academy players, four players from the old team.. I am not saying we are not poor, we are, we allow other teams to dictate the play and if by chance we do win the ball back, we give it away. I always thought at the beginning of the season we would be poor and then kick on. That well happen, its early days yet.
but here’s the rub … we’ve been second best most games …
There is no question that our youngsters will get better, but so will everybody else’s youngsters …
Point is, if it was possible to get promoted to the prem on young and hungry EVERYBODY would be doing it.
I dont blame KJ, I think he’s done really well considering his arsehole of a line manager … SM and JM will never be more than above average businessmen, below average human beings.
Very disappointing performance. I can’t understand why we took off a specialist midfield player and brought on Kevin Foley. Successive managers think he’s good in midfield but I don’t agree. I know he scored the other day but that’s his one goal for the season done now.
We need to send Sako out on loan and bring in a young, eager winger (two wingers if KJ doesn’t think Zeli is up to the mark).
In defence, I’d prefer Ricketts (Samuel Ricketts, to give him his full name!) at left back with Stearman in the middle. As for Carl, I liked the way he was sometimes prepared to throw the ball to a Wolves player rather than just boot it up the field, but he didn’t half put people under pressure at times.
Enjoyed your blog Ben and thought yet again your points are made without hysterics or blind loyalty. To me the greatest worry about this side is the one that has been facing us for a long while. Even in Div 3 we are being outplayed. I hoped KJ would change the philosophy of the club by trying to pass and build a team to mix it. It is early and I may be wrong but you will not win this division just because you have big names. Crawley passed us off the park, if they could shoot they would have won with ease. Swindon same story to an even greater degree. And finally the mighty Walsall. We need some experienced loan signings to work with these kids. Davis is getting a slaughtering but he is a kid, a local one at that, surely thats what we want as fans. Lets not get on KJ’s or the teams back and lets try and rally messrs Morgan and Moxey to support our team. Otherwise a lucky scrape into the playoffs is my guess at best!
Just read an email from Wolves, one of those ‘thanks for your support last night’ emails; I don’t usually bother to read them but one line caught my eye which is worthy of sharing. Apparently the University of Wolverhampton were sponsors last night and voted David Davis as Man of the Match; I’m not sure that this incredible lack of judgment says anything about the quality of education available at the University but were they watching the same match that I was?
Very frustrated with last night’s performance, was it only a couple of seasons ago that we were drawing away from home at Arsenal. This was Walsall, they did play well and also confirmed our status ‘we are League 1’
Since the transfer window closed doyle and sak o’shite performances have dramatically dropped. I think the big problem is where to play mcdonald. I rate him and he brings a touch of quality to our midfield. But…. His best position is just behind the lone striker (number 10) but doyle is playing there. This then leaves a confusion in centre midfield. We should play 4-4-1-1 with either doyle or mcdonald supporting griffiths. I would drop doyle for next game
I’d drop Doyle all together if people in the game rated Doyle he wouldn’t still be here any manager worth his money would take one look at his goal ratio and run a mile yes his the best striker in the world when it comes to laying the ball back to the midfield or center backs but as for going forward and creating chances for himself making runs linking up with a partner when playing 4 4 2 he’s utter shit. Ask yourself twhy he’s still here manager will pay the money for a good striker no ones going to pay Doyle any where near £40,000 a week with his scoring record, oh apart from Wolves !
Sad that my prediction of defeat was correct, but it was coming wasn’t it. Stuttering performances at home and an local derby against a team coming off a 3-0 away win.
Substitutions were bizarre. Foley and Davis in a midfield already lacking any creativity? Fair enough if we’d been 2-0 up. Aren’t Siggy and Griffiths worth a shot up front?
And what about Jack Price with McDonald in midfield? Surely that would help our ball retention? Davis was abysmal.
Never did I witness a more abject piece of shite that was last night.everyone and I mean everyone played like they’ve never even met before let alone played any sort of football, what a shambles after the footballing lesson we endured by Swindon.
There’s only one who takes the blame and that’s KJ,he’s the one who trains and picks the sides, tinkering is the worst thing to do.
What we need to do is pick his best side in all positions then stick to it unless injury forces change and if that’s not good enough then change is required. why did he change a winning team.?
We had a good start under stale and look where it got us.i said i’d give him 6 to 10 games before I made judgement. I know its only one defeat but its been on the cards for a while, but I really hope he proves all the doubter’s wrong me included, but like every wolves supporter I hope and pray we get out of this division this time round.
Lets hope we can get back to winning ways at the shrews come Saturday.UTW
I still think our midfield is short of the old experienced head who can hold it all together
I was reading a match report in the Birmingham of the under 21 /s v Middlesbrough on Tuesday and a winger had arrived the previous night after getting his clearance to play . The report did nt say which wing he played on or if he was a loan signing or anything other than his name being Eusabio Bancessi , he s Portuguese and that the runs that he
Made during his wing play were devastating and he looked to have a very bright future at Wolverhampton wanderers . Can anybody tell me more as it sounds to be just what we need .
The sad reality about playing in the 3rd division is that, sooner or later, you will lose to a 3rd division side. I’m sure to the Walsall fans it feels like they’ve delivered some major comeuppance but they seem to be forgetting this is a club that appointed Terry Connor. In terms of knocking us down a peg or two, they are at the back of a very long line. To be honest, I rolled my eyes and congratulated myself on the boosted coffers in my betting account, for Wolves are at their most predictable in these circumstances. I have already staked my winnings on Graham Turner turning us over at the weekend but I digress.
Sako, like Danny Crainie, is the kind of luxury you cannot afford at this level. Like Dave Edwards, he is a player that managers feel they ought to play but stuggle to accommodate. Thankfully, in the case of Edwards there is normally some debilitating case of split ends (or similar) that saves everyone the bother. In both cases it seems to cause managers to tinker so as to work around the fact that they are dealing with soneone who is not a winger, not a forward and not a central midfielder (or at least not one they can accommodate in a four man midfield). I can’t help but think we would have been better off keeping Hunt.
KJ has done well to steady the ship but now comes the real test. Does Siggy deserve a chance? Yes. Does he deserve a chance at the expense of Lee Griffiths? No. Have our midfielders forgotten how to play or is our manager messing around with formations so much that they don’t know what they are doing. We had a formation that was working. What was wrong with sticking with that?
UTW
It strikes me that it’s all gone tits up since we put Golbourne in the team. Not saying it’s his fault but the line-up has changed and our midfield now looks pathetic. The goal he scored against Swindon was a complete flook and the result was an even bigger one. By rights we should have got zero points from the two games he’s played which is a strange change from 5 wins and a draw.
I’d go back to Ricketts at left back and Stearman at CH with 4 in midfield. Who exactly i’m not sure but i would always have Griffiths and Siggy in the starting eleven.
I think you might be on to something there. KJ has engineered changes that weren’t necessary just to accommodate a new player. Like anyone and everyone, I’m aware of Stearman’s limitations but he’s surely good enough at this level and most commenters above seem to agree with this.
It’s not the full-back’s fault. MacDonald, also, looks a great signing. Trouble is that if you take a winning team and change the back four, the midfield and the forward line you can expect problems.
All of us who were deemed to be too critical said this was coming and the fact that it was Walsall just adds to the feeling of heartache again…
However we are used to such matters but
as I said in the last reply the Manager will be the one to of identified the problem mainly (it seems historical) ..possession of the ball..Tactics and resources lands in his lap firmly..
Have we a good enough team that can play together, create enough chances and defend against teams that will be leading this division? The answer is I doubt it and we would be relegation material again in the championship..
The answer ? Accept that we need to buy new players possibly even 5…the winter season is coming and injuries too.. our squad is incomplete and KJ needs to be reminded..
