If the first half of this demoralising third straight league defeat was nip and tuck, the second was more lay down and surrender.

Forest upped the ante after the restart, Wolves just didn’t start and that was the end of that.
The visitors well worked opener was the culmination of 20 minutes total dominance, to which the home side offered precious resistance.
Matt Fryatt, the outstanding player on the pitch, laid on the first and flicked in a second to put a hapless Wolves out of their misery.
Henri Lansbury’s thunderous third gave the scoreline one-sided gloss that was more than justified given the opposition’s second-half vanishing act.
But enough about Forest, what has happened to the Kenny Jackett side we’ve come to know and love?
The absence of key personnel remains a major factor.
Nouha Dicko’s pace to run in behind and Scott Golbourne’s ability to push forward and feed Bakary Sako are qualities that have so far proved irreplaceable.
Sako spent most of yesterday’s game retreating to the halfway line to retrieve the ball. Without him operating in the final third, chances were unsurprisingly at a premium.
Danny Graham emerged with credit on a challenging debut, showing strength with his back to goal and an ability to lay the ball off. But he doesn’t give Wolves those elusive attributes that Dicko offers.
Stronger opposition that exploit weakness are another obvious explanation.
Whereas last season Wolves could coast for extended periods, plodding along at walking pace, that simply isn’t going to work in the hustle and bustle of the Championship fast lane.
If any players need reminding about the levels of effort required, they need only look to Dave Edwards.
The midfielder was the catalyst for everything Wolves achieved in a more promising first half yesterday, driving the team forward with a limitless appetite to cover the ground. Few showed such desire.
Team selections must also come under the spotlight. Kenny himself admitted in his post match interview that Wolves didn’t have enough pace to get out and trouble Forest.
So why didn’t he do something about it?
Players like Rajiv van La Parra and Michael Jacobs cover the ground quickly and put teams on the back foot. The former only emerged when the game was lost and latter didn’t even make the bench.
Liam McAlinden is the player our manager is consistently turning to for that injection of ground speed but he remains an ineffective solution.
The positive is that all of these things can be addressed. Key players should return, better team selections are possible and Wolves can certainly push teams harder by showing greater desire for the duration.
As with anything though, it’s easier said than done.

Starting to get a little worried now with this last run of results. Lack of fire power is now a major concern plus the leaking of goals after what was a tight defense.
Other concern is with performances like these can we hold onto the likes of Sako & Dicko in January? I suspect a decent offer & they’ll be gone.
We need to steady the ship & fast so whatever Kenny decides to do he needs to think hard. I agree with Thomas that an injection of pace is needed but why leave players that have that out the team!
I know it’s a different league but these players can do better than this. Now they need to prove their right to wear the gold & black.
I didn’t think we did a lot wrong in the first half. Forest were on top but we had our spells of pressure, Graham looked impressive at McDonald was back to his superb best. I was glad I didn’t tweet that at half time – woeful signal would have no doubt thwarted my efforts anyway – because passes went astray in the second half when we just fell apart. The two quick goals knocked the life out of us and that was effectively game over. It was strange hearing Kenny bemoan a lack of pace when he didn’t introduce RVLP until the game was over.
But I think these last three games serve as a reality check for us. We were never going to walk this league and I think our good start had some fans thinking we might. We have just come up, we should never have gone down, but we did. Many of our players are still getting used to this league. I never thought we would go up this year. Competitive? Definitely. Top 10? Probably. But I think it’s next season we will launch an assault on the top 6.
Sorry peeps, I’ve be distracted the last four days my car is on the way out so I’ve been glued to eBay and been here there and every where I would of gone to the game as its my first weekend off in four but with the clutch starting to pack up I needed to find a replacement car.
And just like Kenny im working to a budget with is not of pound land proportions neither is it of Ferrari proportions.
I think I’ve done a Kenny in that I’ve found a little gem at Vauxhall Network Q it’s got 12 months M.O.T have all the checks done and it’s in buget. So on the face of it it looks a good buy time will only tell.
From what I’ve read and heard about the game it was a lack lustre performance with a big dolope of no desire which is not like Kennys team.
This is just my option not just based on this result but the last four games. We been found out by teams espeailly without Dicko this squad has reached its level and the recruiments brought into the squad are no better than what we had.
Both ends of the team need sorting the defence and a credible replacement/partner for Dicko.Rickets return is welcome and you carnt expect him to sort the defence by himself after one game. Goldbourne return looks even more important now I just hope Kennys buget in January is a lot bigger than mine because we need qaulity proven if posible new blood not rough gems that need a season to polish up we’ve done that and to me most of them Gouldbourne, McDonald, Ikeme and Dicko apart aren’t up to the job.
So Morgan give Kenny your cheque book and not the small change in your pocket.
I’m afraid I can’t agree about Ricketts, I think he’s shot, i believe he’s started 3 league matches this season 1-3, 0-5, 0-3 and the defence has been all over the place in all of them.
What about slotting Ricketts in as a centre back dropping either Stears or heaven forbid even Danny Batth. Hopefully Golbourne must return to left back once he returns to fitness. If Ricketts proves not to be the answer then we need to bring in an experienced centre half in January who can be a commanding presence at the back, as at times our defence has gone to pieces.
My major worry is that we just don’t track runners running from deep. We have conceded countless goals in this way, Lansburys effort being the latest. We are just not doing the basics.
The system we play sometimes doesn’t help as we are not good enough to play possession football deep in our own half against decent opposition. We will find out how good Kenny really is to see if he can sort out his first mini crisis.
After meeting Brompton, Twixfix Doogooder and Stu (&wives!) at the Park veiw I ommitted then that I felt quite a bit nervous about this fixture..
It was pivotal for me in someways to either put the season back on,or perhaps experience true doom and gloom and those who know me I’m good at that..
Sitting in the south bank behind the goal I had a first hand veiw of Ikeme’s save of the season against the post but I also started to understand why we have been trounced by an amazing 10 goals in the last 3 games..
We simply defend quite well but then give it back to them to try again so defensively the writing is on the wall
to concede.
EBL before he was taken off specialises in this and with K Mac defending too he is not there to be passed out to so we punt it..
This must be planted in the lap of KJ whos planted halo by me is now on the floor..
He is a coach he must see it and it’s there for all of us to see..
In the second half because our midfield was quite often with the defence then poor old Danny Graham was not being fed give of take by Edwards when he missed his one chance ..Sako getting more frantic as the second half got worse for us.
We were systematically out played again.
So KJ do something.. stop up the back one way or another as we did in the early season and last season and then create more chances the main problem currently being our defence..
If we make the play offs and I’ll still bet we can..then it will be because of KJ s ability to coach us out of this AND buy new players in Jan..(and keep Sako )
I witnessed shock and despair by our supporters yesterday which was not a nice experience..we can’t rely on hope..so KJ it’s firmly down to you.
I’m keeping the faith.
COYW
Nice to meet you on Saturday mate. Hope your journey home was okay. Mine was littered with roadworks so took me tad longer than expected. I am not commenting on the game, as I am too frustrated to do so. Hope to meet up again some time soon.
I don’t want to be a downer Thomas, but I think the situation is worse than you portray….
Our next two fixtures are Brentford and Bournemouth.
Two teams that invested in the summer.
If we lose to them both, then we will be looking at the bottom, rather than the top of the table.
The wheels have come off.
The veneer of respectability we achieved in Div 1 has been too easily erased.
Wolves are set up by M & M, firstly to be ‘economically sound’ and not at the expense of financial prudence.
We have an owner who is not rich enough.
My brother supports Forest and I mentioned to him about their striker they bought for £5m and Moxey wouldn’t buy….
“Who’s your owner?”
“Some Kuwaiti billionaire.”….
IMO, to be successful in Football today, you need an owner who can ‘spunk’ money away and Morgan just hasn’t got it.
He’s penny pinching and I think it filters into every level of the club creating a disillusionment that’s reflected on the pitch…
Let’s be realistic, (as the judge said to me 40 years ago), but for me, staying in the championship is going to be an achievement this year.
How much will Moxey invest in January? – Not much, he’ll be more concerned with getting Sako sold and ‘balancing Mr Morgan’s books.’
I couldn’t agree more robin about Morgan in the football world he is worth peanuts. And many of you might night like this but I blame Sir Jack his stubbornness not to sell to a forigen owner his insistence in selling to a British buyer will probably mean we will never compete in the top division for a long time.
Do you think City are bothered who owns them, Chelsea fans anti Russian streaming for a British owner no they don’t care because of one reason REAL INVESTMENT in the team.
Morgan and Moxey are using the Acadamy Investment to try and defer a gaze away from where the REAL investment is needed.
No sorry folks the blame must ly with Sir Jack for me for all he did and he did a lot for Wolves that one misguided decision for me whipped all that out.
Paul,
Would you prefer Yeung or Tan or the motley crew that ruined Pompey and Leeds to Morgan then?
Foreign owners don’t always work, but I understand the point you are trying to make – basically “speculate to accumulate” and with Moxey around the first bit won’t happen.
UTW!
Yeung and Tan spend money.
They are not using their football club as a way of expanding their building business.
I agree Cassidy, about Sir Jack, too…
I’m just say Sir Jack shortened the field considerably by that one decision, why not sell to a none British buyer what he did limited and some may alienated potenial wealthy buyers from the far east sure there’s a risk.
At least those clubs are on the market again have B/ham City gone out of bussiness.
What you’ve got to ask yourself is it better to be own by an owner like Morgan no risk of going out of bust but at the same time no chane of progressing just existing for the sake of it season after season may be a season in the Premier then again a season in League One then may be a season in League Two.
I have two big disappointments from yesterday.
The first is that despite having a fortnight to sort things out after the Derby debacle, there was no change tactically. Rowe was brought in for Evans, which I don’t think was an improvement, and Graham for Clarke – which would have been an improvement if the poor bloke had had any service Otherwise it was the same as before. Forest just weren’t put under enough pressure, and there were two occasions when Henry crossed from the right only for the ball to go straight into touch on the other side.
It just wasn’t good enough. The question of tactics and morale and boosting confidence is down to KJ and his coaching staff and needs to be urgently addressed.
The other disappointment was that the players couldn’t be arsed to join in the minute’s applause in memory of Eddie Stuart – apart from Dave Edwards. You may think that this isn’t important, but as a longstanding supporter, it is to me.
Positives? Van La Parra made a difference when he came on, and combined well with Doherty on the right. And it was a very good crowd, better than of late.
Hmmmm!
The Park View Chapter of The Wolves Bloggers meeting before the match all seemed reasonably confident that we would win this one.
We also agreed that automatic promotion was out of the question and the most realistic – and probably the most attractive – ending to the season would be a play off final trip to Wembley.
But the main point that we all agreed even more about (if it sounds like a love in… well it was basically) was that if Morgan didn’t release some cash, and a lot more than he would ideally like to, we would not stand a snowball’s chance in hell of staying in the Premiership.
This match certainly proved our last point correct.
But it didn’t necessarily invalidate our other arguments.
In the first half we were second best by a short head and in the second half we would have been second best to a team made up of the Wolves Bloggers. (Bags me go in goal!).
The defence was awful – with the notable exception of Ikeme who was a hero and Stearman who, when he came on, gave the rest a lesson in tackling back and covering.
Batth continues to look like a defender who has forgotten the art of defending.
The midfield continue to look like they have forgotten the art of passing.
And Kenny, worryingly, seems to be forgetting the art of picking the right players!
Graham looked quite useful but the service to him, particularly the crosses from the right in the first half, was woeful.
Is it lack of form or lack of Quality?
Yesterday we were played off the park by a team who had only one win (I think) in the last ten games.
For the first ten, or so, games of the season we were looking like we could win the league.
Cardiff were rubbish at the start of the season and now they’re on a roll.
Birmingham, after being hammered on a regular basis, are picking points up like they’re going out of fashion.
I still believe that if we can put out our strongest squad, we can make the play offs.
The big question is – do we really want to?
Even though promotion is still a possibility I certainly don’t want to see us humiliated every week in the Premiership.
And if we don’t buy big, we will be.
The short term future of our club hangs in the balance.
It depends on the ambition of its owner and CEO.
Over to you Mr Morgan.
I forgot to say that it was good to see the regulars again before the match and also Steve Showcase who must have been gutted, attending his first match at the Molineux since Steve Daley was strutting his stuff, and having to watch the second half collapse.
At least the goals were all up the other end mate!
And finally, Robert Plant was absolutely brilliant!
He kept mentioning how much he was looking forward to the game…
I filmed some highlights of his concert which I was going to splice between shots of the lads scoring a hatful against Forest and put on Youtube for you all to see.
I’m not sure I’ll bother now.
I think it’s form/confidence mostly, but the spectre of Dixko ans Sako missing for AFCON has been with us fir a while. Sorry to miss the match and the drinkies at the park, i didn’t have a preminission
I hope Kenny will recall Price and Siggy and buy in Jan,. Shutting Kmac down seems the issue. I have always rated Stears, he should now be back in.
Some things gone drastically wrong with the way we’re playing at the moment , it seems to me
lessons haven’t been learnt from the last two defeats let alone this one, time for a reality check
on how we get out of this mess. Defence needs sorting out, they’re running round like headless chickens.
KJ has gotta make them work that little bit harder in closing teams down than we have at late,
also he needs to look at his team selections ie start with The Van man,Golbourne,Evans back in the side. I don’t like to say it like a McCarthyism but they need to put a shift in, work hard and to chase every ball until they drop.
I felt a bit sorry for Danny G having no service, but I think he could be a good addition to our team with the right service.
At the moment we are where we are mid table and that’s where we will stay unless KJ and the powers that be sort it out.
Brentford up next lets hope we can consolidate and at lest get a point.0-0 would be good.UTW.
Worried, very worried and not just with the team now but the manager also. I’m sure at some point early last season he said Edwards is not a wide player and should only play an attacking centre role, well that was out the window yesterday and for no good reason with VLP on the bench, a gross mistake he effectively admitted to when he rectified it two swift goals against later. An alarming similarity to some of the moves McCarthy used to make as is the continued baffling omission of Jacobs.
I basically agree with the main gist of what we are saying here:
Our first eleven, on form, is a decent side
Our squad is not up to covering absences or loss of form well enough.
Assuming SM sticks to his plan of (saving money) producing home grown talent, we can look forward to many years out of the Premier League as this talent develops and pushes on; it’s obvious again SM will only offer peanuts at the present time. Should we go up, we will be fodder again for the big boys.
Sigh.
How many points do we need to avoid relegation?
That was the first thing that popped into my mind after seeing this result.
The second thing I thought, after “Oh Bollocks, not again” was, someone famous once said something like: only the stupid or the stubborn will keep doing the same thing over and over, and expect a different outcome.
If KJ is as detailed as we hope he is, he will have looked at our recent history, and seen how many times McDickwadhead opted to play his favorites, no matter how shit they were, over better players, and the consequences that resulted.
Methinks Mr. Jackett has taken a spoonful of what MadMc was drinking.
How else do we explain the omissions of our best players?
Is it a piss take out of the board, for serious lack of funds and ambition, is it lack of nous by KJ, or is it McCarthorse like pigheadedness?
None of us have the answer, hence the guessing games and the now serious frustrations and worries.
On the bright side, this is what being a Wolves fan is all about…….and the shit got stuffed again!!
On the other bright side, I got to play in a Ferrari on Saturday morning, which I must admit was a little more thrilling what y’all had to watch at the same time!!
FOwb
At least Stearman had a good game. I said to theDOOGooder after the game (oh, and thanks for the coffee Mark) that I was going to say to you that we were on for a point before Stearman came on, but decided not to!! Seriously, he was one of the standout players Saturday (not that I could name many more other than Ikeme).
Glad you enjoyed your Saturday Clive – I certainly did not. Sunday, however was very good as I was in stitches watching John Bishop in Newcastle.
I was 2nd half gutted Dogooder but what upset me more was the fans reaction in the South Bank ..almost tears (again)
I can see bullets being loaded here..
If we polled between us why are we where we are?
1.KJ and tactics 2. lack of investment 3.not good enough defenders 4.not good enough midfield 5.not good enough strikers 6. Weak squad 7.Confidence..
As I write this everything points to no2.
Can we try Jack Price in MF now please KJ?
We are becoming very predictable, stop Mcdonald playing and you stop Wolves, especially if there is no other outlet such as Evans on the pitch.
Still cant see what Rowe brings to the pitch, anonymous when played at left back and equally non effective as a ball winning , holding midfielder.
Henrys final ball into the box was wasteful, he had a poor game, Van La Parra was better but was introduced too late; Sako did not have one of his better games and as stated misses Goldbourne.
Also bringing Mclinden on instead of Edwards brought them right onto us, where by with the benefit of hindsight Evans would have given us more personnel in the middle of the park and another supply route for Graham.
As stated previously when key personnel are missing we struggle, we have a lack of strength in depth, I also think there is also a bit of a reality check, we are work in progress, in Jackett we trust.
UTW
KJ Starting to ???? no plan B..Hope I’m wrong..
If there were plusses it is that Danny Graham looks as if he could be an asset, & that hopefully we have Dicko & Goldbourne to come back in next week.
But other than that its a bit deja vu, to see a Wolves team givng up the ghost & being outclassed. Lets face it in all positions & man for man Forest ruled the roost over us.
We play far too open in midfield leaving us defending in a haphazard manner, relying too many times on Ikeme to sort it out. I know its the Wolves religion to play with two widemen. But that is not going to work when we do not have a defensive midfielder a la Mike Bailey or dare I say it Karl Henry.
According to Steve Claridge on the extended Football League show highlights KJ is never going to change his tactics or his personnel radically. But he has not really played with a settled midfield all season, in out in out & shake it all about between Rowe, Saville & Evans.
I’d like us to adopt a more defensive 4-3-3 formation, leaving two midfielders sitting in front of the back four, allowing Kevin McDonald to be more in the danger areas offensively.
Three at the front, and Dicko, Sako, & Graham as the front 3 sounds mouth watering. Who the two sitting midfielders are I have not got a clue, we have n’t really got one! It’d have to be Evans, Savile, Rowe or Dave Edwards playing deeper.
But the warning signs were there for all to see yesterday, our 2nd 3-0 home defeat, and a 3-0 loss coming after a 5-0 defeat. Its bottom of the table form & certainly not play off place form. I’m looking more closely at the results of the bottom teams now than the top.
Confidence seeps out of teams quickly & easily, how we have witnessed that in recent years. But to end on a positive I do think KJ can make us a winning team again, lets hope he does it with a win at Brentford.
You reap what you sow. No investment in the summer means players who have given everything have basically taken us as far as they can. So what will January bring? Sako sale ” Despite we did everything to keep him” message, a couple of lower league signings at the end of the window to add to maybe one half decent “name” on loan (possibly graham til the end of the season) culminating in a moxey proclamation that “we continue to back kenny, we’re building for the future but we can’t break the wage structure, be held to ransom etc”. It’s all bollocks- Morgan has only invested in the academy because it’s a cheap way of generating revenue over the long term via the sale of upcoming talent, whereas to get into the pl and stay there needs heavy up front investment which he won’t commit to because for him wolves is a business and never a true passion. He’s a Liverpool fan- if any of you had money would you invest in any other club with the same desire that you would invest in the wolves?
Sutton thank God mate someone else out there can see what I’ve said since day one while there’s a hole in Morgans arse he will never commit to Wolves the way he would have done with his beloved Liverpool I’ve been slated for saying this, but it’s true your team is your team.
We will never see Wolves compete at the top while he owns the club.
Are you two me in disguise. Same old same old it starts to surface when the form goes the form has gone because we don’t have a big enough squad we don’t have a big enough squad because Mork and Mindy won’t loosen the purse strings. That parachute money has built some more F***ing houses, F O Back to Liverpool and take poxey with you, we don’t want you because you won’t spend our money, yes it’s ours not F***ing yours you clown. Rant over for now.
Watched the game on Saturday – sure, it was disappointing. Especially the aimless passing forward, the lack of pressing in midfield, and the heads beginning to drop. Forest looked a good side.
But as a fairly new Wolf (only a couple of years) it seems to me people can become negative too quickly. There’s a great rapport between many of the players and the fans – especially the South Bank. I do feel it’s ‘our club’ and part of that’s having a British owner who’s commitment to club and town seems long-term and thoughtful. Until the last month, we’ve been playing some excellent football – and now we’re beginning to learn that we have to step up from there now we’re playing at a higher level. It’ll take everything people have already mentioned to do that, including money being spent – but not silly money!
Last thing – I know this will make some people spit! Do we need to be unhappy as a Championship club for another couple of years, building steadily in depth? There’s some great football played here, and I’d far rather see us with a chance to win every game, and express ourselves, rather than getting promotion too soon (QPR? Burnley) and just being whipping boys for the fat cats with their hundreds of millions.
Will we ever see them compete at the top? This is business now not football. Without meaning to sound as if I have given up hope, I feel I am being realistic in saying that I do not believe we will see the Wolves compete at the very top in my lifetime. There is so much money in the game that you will need to have someone who has bilions and billions to spend to be able to compete with Chelsea, Man City, Arsenal etc.
Lets bot beat around the bush guys….
We Were S**T… Again.
Jackett has to earn his corn now, he has never been higher than 6th in this league until he came here. I sit behind the dugouts and there is no reaction from him… Even at 3-0 down…
If these results continue its only a matter of time before the fans start to turn.. We were promoted in April and still haven’t solved the Striker problem…
Does he only know 1 formation ???
Where is the change of Tactics… Why even have Maclinden in the Squad?? he was on loan to Fleetwood !! last month.
Most of these players were good enough in league 1 but they were players that Championship teams no longer used or wanted.. For a reason..
We are now into Relegation form… 10 goals against 1 scored and 1 point out of the last 12 against a bottom 3 team at the time…
At least I don’t Think Blackpool will catch us….
You guys on this site deserve better…….
Payers that can’t be arsed to talk to disabled or able bodied fans as they got off the coach at Crawley last year until we highlighted it in the blog. Not good enough.
Players who can’t be atsed to clap Eddie Stuart (exception Dave Edwards) Not good enough.
The confidence is shot, the heads are down and they don’t have an answer or the talent. Yes, just not good enough.
Come on Kenny weild the axe, your decisions and tactics of late are……… Youv’e guessed it, just not good enough.
🙁
Cannot hardly believe what i’m reading if thats the way it is i would just fuck them all off.
I don’t understand all the concern. This is a side fresh from League 1,remember. They’ve done really well up to this point and these results are a wake-up call to remind them they’re with the big boys now. Maybe it’s what was needed to bring them back down to terra firma and forget all that stuff about the PL for the present. Players will come back, KJ will do what’s required and we will hold our own this season and be ready to go next time.
I have no intention of commenting on the game, as everyone saw what happened.
I post on here to say that the pre-match gathering was great. StuWolf, theDOOGooder, Twixfix and respective partners, along with sole appearances from myself and Steve Showcase gave us the opportunity to discuss matters Wolves, the ebola crisis and other such topics. It was a fantastic atmosphere in a fantastic setting and I look forward to enjoying further such gatherings throughout the season.
An end of season (v Millwall on Sat 2 May) gathering by as many bloggers as possible was discussed with a view to either meeting at A Park View prior to the match or attending the match by way of a WV 1 booking. I personally am happy with getting involved in a WV 1 booking and wonder how many of you out there are also able/willing to attend. I believe StuWolf is going to investigate and confirm availability and costs and all I ask at this stage is numbers wanting to participate. There are obviously questions that you may all want to have answered before comitting such as costs, timings etc, but it may help if we have a rough idea of numbers interested so that StuWolf can determine availability in the first instance.
I also ask if those who intend on joining the party want a personalised T Shirt. If so, let me know and I can get that sorted. Again, before I commit to anything I will let you all know costs. I can then bring them down with me on the day. I will talk about sizes and exact design later.
Looking forward to hearing from you all.
Brompton,
I have spoken with the Corperate Wolves dept in the last few minutes, they think were pretty much stuffed, most matches are close to a sell out in the WV1 bar and restaurant and he doesn’t think they could accomodate many numbers on that day. He is going to look at alternative packages and will e-mail me some information soon, but it does look grim at present. But we do have our trusty steed the Park View to fall back on should it fail.
Just so fellow bloggers have an idea, the cost included…..
Your ticket
Discount if your a season ticket holder
Free car parking at the Molineux
A program for the game
A guaranteed seat outside the WV1 bar/restaurant
A complimentary drink
Option to buy a bar meal / restaurant meal during the game.
But as said, I await the package from him.
I asked about a refund for Saturdays game……… Silence was the reply to that one.

COYW (get a grip)
🙂
To pissed off to comment on game but am up for May 2nd unless higher authority complains
Will keep everyone updated when it develops, a good time will be had by one and all.
🙂
Hopefully the design shows below:
Is this any clearer?
I will be there.
Do we have to have Doog’s name or can we pick another one??!!
As I am not bringing my truck, and will save the cost of parking, will the package include my airfare and hotel?
Can I have a seat facing away from the pitch?
I will need a t shirt in fat bastard size.
Scooped will need one in a matte finish, so the blinding reflection off his bald pate will be nullified.
Brompton,
If I have a blurred one like on the first photograph can I get discount. I don’t mind having Doogooder on mine as he can take the blame when things go Pete Tong. Also, since I’m Scottish can I have one on the tight side.
🙂
You guys don’t make it any easier do you?
When you leave yourself wide open………………………..
Plus, it takes our feeble minds off the dire form on the pitch at present.
Nice one pal. Shall I put you down for a “Clive from Houston” one? L or XL?
We wil get back on track I am sure, don’t know when, but I am sure we will.
UTW/FOYB
Two words. ‘Pace’ and ‘confidence’.
I’ve said before that the key to this team is not Sako but Dicko. His pace means that opposition defences are scared to squeeze up and play a high line. When he doesn’t play they are free to do that. This means that in turn the opposition midfield can push onto our midfield, which is when passes go astray and pressure builds on the defence. Unsurprisingly we then concede goals which affects confidence. Clearly Dicko is not going to play every match so if KJ is going to stick with 4-2-3-1 he needs a back-up front man with the same qualities as Dicko – frightening pace and some strength. Otherwise he’s got to change tactics.
I saw our matches at Reading and Leeds and despite trailing in both never felt we were going to lose either of them. We had confidence, enabling us to fight back. On Saturday I didn’t see that. In fact, once the first one went in heads dropped and there was only ever going to be one winner.
Finally, whatever the question is Tommy Rowe is not the answer.
You’re wrong about Tommy Rowe.
“Who had a hit in 1962 with a song called Sheila?”.
But on the football front, I’d have to agree with you.
He doesn’t seem to be the answer to very much at all.
Excellent. I stand corrected (even if its really Tommy ROE…)
Wolfman Jack & Doogooder,
I have to disagree with you both on this occassion reference Tommy Rowe.
Doog……He also had a 60’s hit called Dizzy.
Wolfman Jack…..I think he does have potential, in the current team he is not being seen in a good light. When the team is firing on all cylinders I feel we shall see him grow and grow. (My Opinion Only)
In saying that I had some Prick behind me on Saturday slagging Edwards off at his every touch of the ball. I don’t know what mstch he was watching but Edwards was quite clearly one of our attributes on Saturday. This was reflected in his player Ratings from the fans, he is right up there with McDonald.
As I say, my opinion only.
🙂
Yes, you’re right.
Edwards was one of the more effective players on Saturday and, as I’ve said before, would always be in my team.
I didn’t like to mention Roe’s other hit, ‘Dizzy’.
It evocates running round in circles to no good effect.
I thought the first half was pretty even between two only average sides. However 2nd half when Forest went up a gear, we didn`t have the capacity to cope. The same as against Derby our two midfielders were outnumbered and out paced, almost now reminding me of Mad Mick, two isolated wingers and we get overrun in midfield.
I agree with others , no investment in the summer was a real gamble, but there are many in the side simply getting found at this level. There will be a mighty long wait for graduates from the academy, while on the pitch where it really matters, we have been found out I`m afraid. KJ had better get the list of out of contact players updated fro January – to see what we can get hold of.
Why? Surely he does not need to be seen with these wasters!
And ……………. for those military guys amongst us, why are those two tossers allowed to wear the RASC badge?
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
Saturday’s result and performance can be summed up as follows.
The culmination, in the season so far, that we have spent nowhere near enough on QUALITY players that have made the squad from League 1 better than what we already had.
A couple of free signings .. big (by Morgan and Moxey standards) money spent on players who were worse than what we’ve already got. Clarke/Saville.
The summary of which is .. we’re still a League 1 team with a good academy structure (Great for 5 – 10 years from now) but useless in the current predicament.
All the rhetoric of doing an Everton is frankly … CHEAP AND MISLEADING…
Let’s get a good season ticket holder base but Bollox to any ambition or success we might aspire to ….
Brompton, I know why Planty ended up with Jedward.
He asked his promo team about rekindling “Big Log”, however they got a little confused and got “DeadWood”.
I suppose the the theme of Dead Wood and Big Log fits in well with the score against “Forest!”
Dead Wood… Well that speaks for itself from what so many have reported and Big Log… Well I’m not even going there!
Before we played Derby, Kenny Jackett said that the game would be a yard stick for Wolves. Well, we have been measured now, and we have been found wanting. Very wanting. 0-8 in two games!
I have mentioned before, and will say so again, we are just a Championship side. We are not of Premier League quality. So any talk or expectations of promotion should really be dismissed. I don’t understand how some are still disillusioned with this. Honestly, with the team we currently have, heaven forbid we get promoted. It will be an unbearable embarrassment. Just trying to be realistic here. I mean, how many Premier League quality players does everyone believe we have? 2? Maybe 3? (Ikeme, Dicko, Sako?) Point is, we barely have strength in depth for the Championship, as we are witnessing, never mind the EPL, and if we think the Championship is brutal, well … I think we all know how quickly demoralizing and unforgiving the EPL will be. Do we really think that if by some fluke we got promoted, that Wolves will go spend on a whole bunch on new players to strengthen? They didn’t even spend enough for one decent striker!
The problem is that this is not even work in progress (another cliche I hear a lot on the blog). There is *nothing* in progress. The whole premise of building a world-class team from youth, ground-up, DOES NOT WORK! It takes too long to accumulate enough talented youngsters and grow them, that by the time one or two are ready, others have already been poached off by other paying clubs (remember Lescott, and Keane, and Jarvis, and Kightly, and …). We’d just be an academy for other clubs!
For Wolves to become an established EPL side they need to invest to much larger proportions than they have for the past 10+ years, and I see no signs they are prepared to do so. I mean seriously, is Leon Clarke really a move you would expect from a club that had serious EPL aspirations? Who are they kidding here? Do we really think we have a midfield duo stronger then Paul Ince and Alex Rae, just to pick one comparison, and even they couldn’t keep us up. (I won’t even bother with a forward line comparison, cos we don’t have one.)
The reality, which many of us find too hard to face, is that the chasm between where we are and the EPL is gigantic, not something we are going to resolve with a bargain buy or two in the January sales. The change has to start from the top, and investors come forward with serious intent to build with the quality it takes.
Otherwise, we all need a huge re-calibration of expectations, and actually acknowledge that mid-table Championship is actually not doing too badly for us. I’m not happy with this reality … but can anyone seriously put on a convincing argument to anything better?
GW
GoWolves, you are 100% correct, and your line “change has to start at the top” is spot on, and what I have been screaming for years till I am blue in the face….greasel is behind every financial decision, and he is only interested in one thing, his job and his bonus. ( that’s two things, but you get my drift )
He obviously has a way to hoodwink owners, with his greasy line of bullshit, into keeping him on, and the bottom line is the ONLY thing that matters to him.
It is no coincidence that since that fat slimy bastard has been in financial control, we have NEVER bought anyone worthwhile and fit for purpose, at the going rate.
When we got Johnson, we could have had Scott Dann, who between them made a good defensive partnership, but the slimeball balked at the wages.
How many players did McDickwadhead want, when we were in the Prem, and was denied?
If Mad Mick had got his way, we might still be in the Prem, we will never know.
greasel will see our mid table position as secure, in the next month, and in January, you mark my words, he will sell, or try to, Sako, Dicko and Batth, and anyone else he gets enquiries for.
I liken that fat twat to a bar of soap, grab hold of him, and he slips between your fingers, like some loathsome toad like figure, sitting on his illusory stool, with a crown of pound notes around his slicked back excuse for a hairstyle.
I truly hope he reads this blog, and knows how loathed and detested he is.
Dog forbid he ever makes it to Houston, I’ll give him a warm Texas welcome, jalapenos and the rough end of a pineapple up his arse for starters.
Brompton, are you inviting greasel to the Bloggers Ball in May?
If so, can I design his t shirt?
Please!!!
FOjm
I do recall an earlier post some time ago where you stated you were going to refrain from abusing our CEO. I am glad to see you have binned that idea.
I had no intention of inviting him to our end of season ball, as we may get banned from the venue when the punches fly. I have however designed a T Shirt for him on your behalf. I know you would want other words placed on that but even though it is a XXXXXXXXXXXXX L, there are only so many letters you can place.
Ha ha! Yes, ironic isn’t it, how despite the objection to players’ wages, the CEO wages and bonuses are never questioned. 🙂
Not sure about your analogy to a bar of soap though … a bar of soap would leave me feeling clean after it slipped through my fingers; something tells me that clean feeling would not be what you’d get from the Moxler.
Btw, I am likely going to be in your neck of the woods around the New Year time frame, visiting some friends of mine there. If you’re in town perhaps I can buy you a pint at your local and we can plot Wolves’ resurgence 🙂
Have a happy Thanksgiving.

I have mother in law visiting from the 28th of Dec to the 1st of Jan, and during that time will obviously not be allowed to come out to play!!
However, any other time is good.
My number is 713 882 9816
Call anytime and lets get together, maybe even meet a couple of other Wolves fans I know down here.

KJ has made three MASSIVE mistakes this season so far which I think are responsible for where we find ourselves now:
1) Dropping RVLP after such early season promise. PACE!
2) Dropping Golbourne. A PROPER LEFT BACK!
3) Letting Price go out on loan. MIDFIELD OPTION.
Worries:
Graham showed that he could be quite useful but at this stage is only here briefly and does not cover ANC.
Sako seems to be starting much deeper – maybe missing Goldy. Hasn’t cut in and smashed an effective shot for many games.
Dropping down the table must reduce the chances of Sako staying after Jan – any PL offer will seem more tempting if he loses hope that he can get there with us.
Something that is really annoying me lately – our inability to retain possession from our own throw-ins. Only 1 player comes towards the ball, and they always try to cushion it back to the thrower. Mis-control from receiver, wayward pass back to thrower, mis-control from thrower all lead to turning the ball straight back to the opposition. I reckon we are barely keeping possession 50% of the time. May as well toss it back in blindfolded and get 50% retention.
Go Wolves..an almost true reality check…IMO we were almost there in this league except for injuries and the elusive striker..
Perhaps we all got on the hype and started to believe once more..Early season results were good..
It’s true..we are 5 players adrift if we keep the squad that we have and it’s probable that we need 2 defenders 1midfield and 2 more strikers..
I rate Ikeme Golbourne Batth K Mac Sako Dicko Henry Edwards as PL players…Batth being a protege..
All others are in the switch around..
I pleaded for us to buy and our fantastic Academy could be a breeding ground for other teams.
It seems obvious that by buying the likes of Clark Rowe and loaning in players KJ has his hands tied..
He’s a lonely man at the moment..
Shit I’m in doom mode…
Hey Steve, agree with you about Edwards, and Golbourne/Baath’s potential. We definitely have good basis to build on. Just not clear they mean to. It’s the strength in depth thing that worries me. We’re going to burn out our promising youngsters if we over expect from them every single game. We need more quality players in every position in my opinion. Hope springs eternal 🙂
Mr Houston,
After being alerted to your site and following my previous reply, which by the way I thought you were very gracious in your understanding and appreciation of the problems we face in maintaining a strict financial wellbeing at Molineux, I am taking this opportunity to answer a few more of your observations and comments.
“Change has to start at the top”
I do honestly believe that to a man and as a club we do live by that, my Academy will live on and become my legacy as testament to that, we are likened to a Garden centre in the footballing fraternity, (see what I did there, a little bit of Americanism) we are cultivating talent, planting seeds for the future and growing our own in reality. Our future is rosy, players will come through the nursery and shall dig themselves a spot on the team, those that are good enough will be harvested and we shall reap the rewards and capitalise on their success in the transfer market.
We obviously have to dispose of players like Sako and Dicko who’s wage structure is the new headache to the club. We feel that we can easily gleen £5 million for both and that would allow us to procure 10 maybe 15 quality youngsters who we can filter through the team to get us promotion which as you know is our Holy Grail at Molineux. A little known fact is that we are often heard whistling “always look on the bright side of life” whilst walking through the corridors of Molineux, such is our determination to get to the Premier League.
I do feel that your constant attacking my hormonal and glandular afflictions is counter productive and will only lead to conflict, when a better understanding of the many problems I face on a day to day basis in running my football club would promote healthier relationships between me and my adoring fans. I must at this point add that it was noted by the staff at Molineux that you do seem to have done very nicely for yourself after fleeing the UK to your Tax haven and that many of the people working around Molineux on our minimal wage policy would love to own the big pick up truck and red Mercedes you were parading so boldly on this site.
Also on another topic, I really liked the T shirt you were promoting and Would be keen as you to perhaps exploit the market here. I note that Mr Brompton Wolf has a nice little sideline in place selling his but as you are in the USA the more portly sizes are more readily available to you as a Nation with your rotund statures. So persons as myself with medical issues could have a safe and reliable source to supply our needs, I know for certain my deputy manager Steve Morgan has shown interest in purchasing one, he was enquiring if it were possible to get some with the Redrow logo on and if they purchased over 100 what would the discount be.
At this point I would like to share some wonderful news with you all, as you and all Wolves fans appreciate, hard work and true greatness are rewarded in this magnificent Country of ours, and as such, all my selfless, dedication and innovative moments of genius have not gone unnoticed where it matters. Obviously we are sworn to secrecy but myself and the future “Lady Moxey” shall be wishing to celebrate our justified recognition in a grand fashion in the closed season. So we have decided to take a well earned rest away from the glare of the limelight and make a trip to Texas next year, it would be a two fold approach where
1, we would be able to charge our batteries and
2, perhaps meet up with you and discuss future enterprises that may be of mutual interest to two such like minded business men. I understand you run a nice little business fencing in Texas as “Clive the Fence” well due to our frugal handling of the Molineux coffers, I may be in a position to pass some items that need fencing your way in the future. Obviously this is not really the place to discuss such delicate matters, so if you could see your way to providing your hospitality to both myself and the future “Lady Moxey” whilst on our trip we could perhaps take this idea further.
Thank you for your dedication as a Wolves fan, from your present blog I feel the ice is melting somewhat and your’e coming to appreciate my magnificence and greatness. So we are building bridges and not fences now (Golly, I did it again there) and I look forward to continual progress between us.
With kindest regards
The future Lord & Lady Moxey of Tipton.
Well said Sir Jez

I watched the game via WiziWig and wished I hadn’t. On top of that my Nephew is a Forest supporter, although he was kind to me and did not take the piss too much.
Reality can be cruel and we have to face up to the fact that we are still a long way off being a team capable of getting out of this division. That should not be a surprise. This is still a League 1 team who overachieved at the start of the season. Other teams have now had time to see how we play, who makes us tick and how to stop us. We have a plan A and sometimes a plan B but in this league we need plans A,B,C,D,E,F etc.
Promotion was not even in my thoughts at the start of the season, it’s still not. Mid table was my initial thoughts. That still seems, to me at least, a decent target and a platform to build on.
We are a million miles off the Prem, I don’t want us to be a yo-yo team, I want us to be a team capable of getting up, staying and becoming a team who can compete in that league.
It’s going to take time and money. We have the time, as for the money side we have to remember that we returned a loss of £30.5 million last year and the club directors had to put in £27.5 in emergency payments to keep us going. The loss was a combination of the end of the parachute payments from the Prem, TV rights and of course the massive wage bill we had.
We don’t have the funds to go out and spend £5m on a forward, or any other player of such value. It’s going to be loans and budget players.
Like I said reality can be cruel
Kortney Hause? Interesting.

Just seen a report that a certain Mr. Berahino, currently “employed” by the shit, was stopped on a Cheshire motorway, at 3.30 in the morning, for speeding, and subsequently charged with drink-driving.
My question for him is why 3.30 in the morning?
Did he finally seen the light, get courage from a bottle, and, in the dead of night, try to sneak away, anywhere, from that sandwell cesspool??
Perhaps he is pals with a certain local central defender we all know and love.
The footballer was stopped on the M6 near junction 20 for Lymm, Cheshire, just before 04:00 BST on 22 October. A police spokeswoman said the 21-year-old’s car had been travelling at “high speed” on the southbound carriageway.
Southbound? That means he was travelling TOWARDS Sandwell. He must have been really drunk then!!!!
Spell check time.
sandwell does not have a capital s

I understand that Moxey has heard about our planned gathering on Sat 2 May 15 and is planning on coming. I know this as I read the following information on NewsNow:
“The Smile Works is a recognised brand, which provides a full independent dentistry service, including dental implants, Invisalign, other teeth straightening options, teeth whitening and also facial rejuvenation packages, has signed up to become Wolves’ Official Dental partner.”
Obviously, Pie Man is making sure he has back up for when his teeth get knocked out!!
Having read the last few comments it is obvious the cat is out of the bag.
I can confirm that we are in the final stages of signing Mr Berahino on a three year deal, we had informed him that Steve Morgan was very interested in getting his signature to enable him to play for his favourite team. The security staff at Anfield were excellent and pointed him in the right direction. It was whilst rushing back to Molineux he was stopped on the M6 Southbound this morning.
He is very embarrassed and insists it was an easy mistake.

Having a fantastic time away at the moment… (I bet You) Wish You Were Here!… we might try and make it back in time for the next game.
When I saw the stuff about Mr Hause. I mistakenly assumed it was one of Mr Morgans property deals. You know, a nice masionette in Wednesfield or summat. The sort of place with a communal post box.Hope i’m not being a snob. I’ve got 3 England flags you know…
Just read something that cheered me up a bit. According to that well know Shit Wolverhampton newspaper Clarke is being made available for LOAN,
Also does anyone know anything about the kid from Northampton we are supposed to be signing.
Such a shame that Leon did not make the grade. He appears to be at his best in a 442 and KJ’s tactics will not stretch to that.
The kid from the cobblers could be just that… “One for the future.” or is he 3rd in line behind Dicko and Danny. (Or even 2nd in line with Dicko carrying that injury and the African Nations Cup).
I’m expecting the lambasting of M&M for not splashing the cash… But right now I think we’re gonna have to make do with unknowns or has been unless we get into a better table position in Jan.
I can’t see many “decent/proven” strikers wanting to risk dropping down unless there is a higher chance of going straight back up. 3 games ago we were in a stronger position to get a proven striker but that’s now just a hazy memory.
It seems pretty much like a done deal barring the contract terms, but I cannot see that falling through as a jump from Cobblers (no disrespect meant to the Cobblers as the same would be said of a jump from us to Man Ure) to Wolves could be the making of this “6ft plus awkward for defenders” striker.
So is this a lame appeasement for the fans that are crying out for a good striker or is this another masterstroke? Only time will tell.
In the press yesterday, Kenny stated,”wolves are not interested in signing Ivan Toney, he is not in our plans and won’t be for the forseeable future”
Hmmmmmm
Also said,”Roger Johnson has no future at Wolves”
Oh shit!
🙁
Wolves have signed a new defender on a one Month loan to deal with the Brentford forwards, true to his word Kenny is trying to get the players to get stuck in a little better.
Pictured is the new signing 22 year old Kokko de Clownieo in training at the Compton academy yesterday. He seems to making an impact.
I think that ‘s a load of old bull!
We can just see Koko now, getting “leathered” with the aforementioned Roger!
Are you suggesting Brentford play “hoof” ball?
Just got this one of Kenny putting Leon through his paces before he goes out on loan, to show him his appreciation of the service he’s given to Wolves.
Caption.
“Hang on in there Leon, you could be in for a rough ride”
I’m presuming that’s KJ? … and could that be Koko behind, teaching him ball control!
Words deleted somehow??? Should have read “I’m presuming that’s KJ on top?
Iv’e just copied this from the Wikipedia site at 1211 pm.
Do they know something we don’t by the look on his face it came as a surprise tohim too.
Toney made his first team debut for Northampton Town on 13 November 2012, in a 3–3 draw with Bradford City at Valley Parade in the FA .[2] At 16 years old he became the youngest first team player in the “Cobblers” history.[3] Now plays for Wolves coz he is class
… and he’s The Fresh Prince
Toney or not Toney, that is the question.

Excuse me for not getting excited about this Kid..
What on earth is this all about didn’t we learn a lesson with Clarke.. He scored 28 in 45 appearances for the Sky Blues.. But cant play in this League.
While Proven Premier League Strikers like Bent are being loaned out to our Rivals…
Here we go again.. Poundland
By the time most of you read this, it will be Thursday.
I would like to extend Happy Thanksgiving wishes to all of you in Blogland, from all of us citizenized Americans.
My list of thanks goes first and foremost, to me Mum, for having me in New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton, and not sandwell.
Secondly, to all you blogger friends out there. We don’t always agree, but we have some bostin’ fun disagreeing, dough we?
Thirdly, to The Wolves, for being an unbreakable gold and black thread for most of my life, for the bad times, and some fabulous good times.
Lastly, and strangely, to America.
It does not always appear to outsiders as the best place in the world, but I have been welcomed everywhere I’ve been, and have done pretty well for myself since being here. It really is the land of opportunity.
May your god bless you all, have a great day tomorrow wherever you are, and as usual…..
FOwb
I reciprocate my best wishes to you also C f H.
I was born in the West Park Maternity hospital .. ironically just a fart away from the Park View Hotel .. it was my destiny to be a Wolves Fan and Blogger, and to meet some great fellow bloggers at the above hotel.
I did think of popping into the hospital to say thanks BUT it’s now a home for the elderly and infirm .. and NO before you even think it !!
Happy celebrations old chap.
One thing though – I thought that Thanksgiving Day was June 3rd.
Think about it.
Gotta admit, you got me stumped, unless it was one calendar month after we met, or the birthdays of Ian Hunter, Suzi Quatro, Anita Harris and Eddie Holman, or Father’s Day in Germany, or Opium Movement Suppression Day in Taiwan.
Maybe we signed someone famous then, like Stephen Ward???
Anyway, I’m sure you will enlighten me in the fullness of time.
I’m busy doing to my turkey what gets done to the shit defense ( and ours of late!) stuffing it!!
Have a great day, y’all
FOwb, jm etc etc
We signed someone famous, but it wasn’t Stephen Ward.
It was the date that a certain Mr Kenny Jackett took up the reins of a fast sinking ship and started the long upward climb back to the Promised Land.
Just how many metaphors can one person mix in one sentence?
Enjoy your Turkey – Don’t gobble!
Happy Thanksgiving from all the team here in Blogland
🙂
Have a great celebratory drink or two my friend.
Taken from E&S…
Ideally, Jackett wants a strike partner for Danny Graham.
“I think he can score but maybe at times – and right the way through – he might need a partner,” he added.
Is this indicating a switch to a 442 or similar?
Why was Leon not put into this formation (as that is his natural way of playing), whether you are a fan of his or not, he was playing “effectively or ineffectively” out of position.
Even though stories are circulating of Leon going out on loan, would it not be prudent to try Leon with a strike partner rather than playing the lone role that he is obviously not suited to.
With regards to Cobblers, they appear to be holding out for more money… and the deal is hanging in the balance, will Moxey get his way?
And my final question… Will we be left with no striker coming in before the loan window closes?
I read that the first offer was 250k and then we went to 500k .. we might as well started at ONE POUND.
OK it’s fine to try and get something for nothing (Moxey’s policy) but come on JEZ .. it’s just insulting ……
Clive & Twixfix, … Good to hear you were both bought into this world at the centre of the universe of which is Wolverhampton.
Unfortunately, I was not so lucky and had to drag my naked butt from the depths of hell, from was then then called “Hallum” Hospital, now rebranded to sandwell with a small “s”.
I’m pleased to announce though that I have 2 kids that were delivered through the portal of New Cross to restore balance to our universe.
Unfortunately I have to submit to you a all that I did lose “all” of my family to the dark side – folks, brothers, sister and cousins etc all went over to the lure of the unspoken ones.
Again balance restored in that my eldest followed the correct path to enlightenment and the youngest is a little too young to even understand football. She may even grow up to be a Shrews fan with WW as her 2nd team… Not ideal but at least not a sh1t fan.
…. at least not a sh1t fan. That’s all that matters mate. I was born in Colchester (Dad in the Army). Brought up in Wolverhampton (Dad left the Army) – my first school was Wodensfield, my second was Wards Bridge, then moved to Telford then joined up myself. Only team I supported was Wolves (apart from 3 weeks – but that’s another story). Married to a non footballing like type wife, daughter who likes Newcastle, Son who is gay (ok, not gay but doesn’t like football so it amounts to the same), son in law who is a Scot from Aberdeen. So, it’s just little ole me – supporting them now and forever.
Just seen the sad news that Malcom Finlayson has passed away.
Great player for Wolves
RIP
RIP Malcolm Finlayson, old school, great man.
Also, on a less sombre note it’s being reported Ivan Toney deal dead in the water, Nige you could well be right mate. Poundland here we come.
Foley out nobody in, looking grim for facing Brentford.
🙁
Just like to add my condolences on the passing of another Wolves legend.
R.I.P. Malcolm.
Bloody ell what’s going on.?
Pele is in intensive care in Brasil now.
Phillip Huges, Malcom Finlayson and Pele’s looking poorly. I’m scared to close my eyes.
Fingers crossed for the great man.

Another Wolves legend passes away. RIP Malcolm.
Yeah, sad news about Malcolm Finlayson.
Never saw him play but by all accounts a great Keeper, and true professional .
RIP.
