Winning by the odd goal at Southampton shouldn’t feel seminal, but in the context of the season, it does.
The Saints were in a moment, the sweet spot, the holy grail. That magical place where it feels like you can win without exertion.

Two crosses, two expert finishes – football has never been easier.
Meanwhile, Wolves looked like they were trying to crack the Engima code at the other end with intricate flicks and short corners producing little in the way of goalmouth action.
Raul looks knackered, Adama’s crowded out, nothing to call on from the bench.
Call it a day?
No chance.
With a half time orange and a quick sit down, those same players promptly dusted themselves down and ripped Southampton apart.
Suddenly the ball is sticking with Jimenez, suddenly Traore is sprinting free and suddenly there are bodies in the box.
Neto took his time and finished with aplomb.
The 19-year-old then slides in Jonny for the most obvious penalty you’ll ever see not given be a referee. Thankfully today, VAR was an ally.
Maybe Raul will be feeling the nerves? Maybe not. Finished with customary aplomb from the best penalty taker the club must have ever had.
Then the finale, the coup de grâce, with Traore and Jimenez zip-zapping it around before the latter reminded us why he’s indispensable.
From despair to ecstasy inside 23 minutes. Never write these lads off.
Jimenez, in particular, deserves special recognition after a below-par run of form, while Traore continues to show a maturity to his game that simply didn’t exist last season.
Having the wherewithal to run onto that through pass, realise the shot wasn’t on and then thread the lay-off to Jimenez for the winner was incredible.
And what of Neto?
19 years old and already a fully formed Premier League star. He can improve considerably of course, but his intensity, his physicality and his ability to continually impact a game of football at this level is scarcely believable.
As is this depleted squad of course. You could argue with credibility they’re still operating without their best defender and their best attacker and nothing in reserve yet still producing the goods. Remarkable.
This team. These players. This coach.
Wherever it ends up, don’t be sad when it’s over – just be glad it happened.

Great win!!
Can we petition the league to have all future games start in the second half?
We`re 6th in the best league if the world.
But think where we would have been if Nuno had not made the pre-season decision to encourage our opponents by giving them a one or two goal lead in each game before he allows our team to start to play !!
I think that Nuno knew that if we became too successful too quickly, the hirearchy of the league would have to invent new rules to protect their precious big teams at the top of the table. After all, it wouldn`t do to have some tin pot outfit from little old Woverhampton sticking its snout in the big boys trough now would it ??
Right now I believe perhaps Fosun’s transfer policy is what’s holding us back short term. We’re signing quality signings for the future – not signings which strengthens the team immediately (there are exceptions of course. Players like Jimenez, Neves, Boly and Patricio, Moutinho). Luckily Neto has matured faster than anyone could’ve imagined. Now give us established, matured players like Talisca and Origi ;=))) Manchester United, Tottenham and Arsenal looks weaker than they usually are. If we exploit it and do extremely well in the january window, we could qualify for Champions league already this year. I believe Manchester, Spurs and Arsenal will strengthen considerably during the summer, and I think we should exploit the position we’re in to the maximum. Go for champions league already this season. We now what that’s worth in revenue ;=)
Brilliant so pleased for young Netto he is going to be one hell of a player.
IN NUNNO WE TRUST
Andy Thompson was great at pens rivals Raul for me on who was the best.
Sandhurst I’m with you mate but I have faith in Raúl with his ability to allow the keeper to commit before he touches the ball.
Absolutely brilliant.
Kenny Hibbitt was the best penalty taker a country mile. Best midfielder too.
I’ll go with Jim McCalliog
He wasn’t bad, I’ll admit.
They were both excellent penalty takers but Raul is the best
Excellent taker that Raul is, Manx, you need a greater sample than the circa three he’s taken thus far to be making statements like that. Hibbitt, for example, scored 18 out of 19 or something like that.
Not sure if that’s true Jim McCalliog took penalties mostly then and put goalies the wrong way too..
Kenny hibbitt when he did rarely take them used to blast them mc Calliog waited for the goalie to move..
Your memory fails you, I’m afraid, Steve. In 1974/5 for example Hibbitt scored 9 from 9 penalties(a record for Wolves in a single season) and he tucked them into the corner. McCalliog took penalties beforehand as did Derek Parkin who also had a good record.
John De Wolf
Time for me to eat humble pie !!
I have endlessly expressed an opinion that Neto is no subsitute for the departing Cav. But now I have to admit I was wrong. Neto is rapidly maturing into a top class forward. He`s skilfull on the ball, fast and knows how to finish. Confidence comes from regular games, and at his current rate of develpment within the side there is no saying just how good he can become.
That said, I still wish Cav had stayed as well !! What an asset to have off the bench.
Just a word about Raul. Cometh the hour cometh the man !! The best penalty taker I have ever seen, and his clinical instictive finish for the third goal was magnificent. According the late , great Bill Shankly ” form is temporary, but class is permanent ” How right he was. Raul is sheer class.
I agree Mike, Neto has massively improved as the seasons gone on I’m delighted he finally got a goal that wasn’t chalked off by VAR!
But I do think wolves look so much better in the final third with Jota in the side, he drags us up the pitch and cause defences so many headaches. When he’s fit again he walks into the team for me. Unfortunate for Neto as he has been very good. It’ll be nice to have that option off the bench
Not so sure that Jota will walk right back into the side. For much of the season he seems to have lost his scoring knack, whereas Neto is beginning to show some lethal finishing as his confidence grows — despite the VAR horror shows which have unfairly plagued him
Given Doc`s loss of form, maybe Traore could switch back to wing back so that we can play both Jota and Neto ?? In any event how great it is that both Jota and Neto actually play for us.
Agree mate, it’s just having the option there to rotate if jota/Neto is out of form, unfit etc. I wouldn’t like to see traore at wing back again personally, just given that he’s been so brilliant on the wing. I think we need to sign another wing back, so we’ve got 4 wing backs and to push doc for a starting berth, he’s one of the first names on the team sheet and he’s got no competition at the minute.
Maybe we could go back to the good old days and have 5 forwards, a la, Mullen, Wilshaw, Swinburn, Broadbent, and Hancocks. Then we can accommodate Traore, Jota, Neto, and Jimenez plus another – maybe the new signing !
And have a less than solid defence.
Me of little faith. How wrong was I. Well done me babbies, but…….. stop having to chase the game as my heart is getting weary.
First half was awful. Balls bouncing off Jimmy, traore on the left for some of the half, both him and Neto looked ineffective, defence looked nervy. I think we were all glad of the refs whistle for half time, because we all know that wolves will step it up in the second half, and my goodness did they step it up.
One thing you can never ever do is write this team off and question their desire, quality and will to win. What a comeback, what a second half performance and just the tonic we needed after a pretty poor start to January. The little tactical tweak by Nuno to have Adama and jimmy as the front two with Neto begins massively paid off as all three of them were in the goals and assists in the second half. Nuno again proving why he’s one of the best coaches in European football.
Fantastic win and great three points, Jimmy back to his goal scoring best and wolves up to 6th. Have a great rest of your Saturday wolves fans.
Wow! Well yet again I drastically underestimated my team and once again they prove me well and truly wrong!!
What a team! They just do not quit! What a player Neto is looking like!
Thank you Wolves! Thank you Nuno!
Well that’ll remove some of the negativity as we hadn’t really been outplayed in the recent games just that we wasn’t “up to our usual standard.
Half time I felt like I did against Cithe, full time & it felt similar with my face still resembling Smuggy McSmugface
A game of two half’s if ever, but our ability to come from behind, never say die & have faith / give everything from this team makes this in the now the best ever football experience.
An easy ride home after that win. What A Result.
First on MOTD, up to 6th, reckon LiVARpool will now be shittin it when they’re here on Thursday as they face WolVARhampton
Maybe the football dogs will turn VAR in our favour for the later half of the season.
You gotta love this funny ode game. COMB FWAW FOwb
At half-time our Bedford Wolves WhatsApp group was awash with a sea of discontent.
Ridiculous how small our squad is. Ridiculous how we didn’t strengthen last Summer. Ridiculous how we didn’t have new signings ready and lined up on New Years Day. Those were some of the comments and that was just me!
Even Clive from Houston joined in saying he was worried his usual tried and trusted 5-1 prediction might come true but to them not us.
So 45 minutes or so later humble pie was the order of the day. But boy does it taste sweet!
Fortunately one of us had the good sense to put on a bet for us to win 3-2 at 11-1 when Neto scored though didn’t have the cojones to lump on at half time when the odds were 33-1.
Well done Nuno. Well done lads. Well done the travelling barmy army.
Now bring on LiVARpool.
OODCL
Football ay it. When you are a good side like Wolves you are always in the game. Today was our day. Fuck me. Even VAR gave us a hand up. Out of darkness cometh light. Wolves ay we.
Are you aware that kids read this page ?
Should they be watching telly at 22:30 ? You should keep them away.
Apologies Milldenhall. I’d had a few pints last night. No excuses though.
Admitting you’d got it wrong can be the hardest thing CofD. Well done!
Seconded Steve….
Email me if possible..!
Well done CofD, takes a big man to admit he made an error of judgement.
My new years resolution is to cut out the bad language. Difficult when you are a died in the wool anti establishment old punk rock bloke like me. But will endeavour to behave. Any way Wolves won. Wolves ay we!
Don’t be fookin’ daft, Stilton!
Your posts are brilliant, you write from the heart!
This blog is about Wolves, and colorful terrace language and wit has been around long before PC was invented.
What some people find offensive is part and parcel of other folk’s everyday communication.
I for one will never apologize for “ swear” words in my posts, and although I don’t set out to offend others, sometimes inadvertently I do.
That’s life.
You can offend without swearing, Clive, so fucking cut it out.
Who me?
Never!
Name one instance when I have even slightly offended someone.
See you can’t.
Never happened.
It was not me, I take the fifth!
Top bloke Cheese.
Seems to struggle with his beer, mind.
The game was terrific to watch, we played the Wolves football right up to 14 minutes, then allowed them to sink two stupid goals, then in the second half, the 12th man took over after Saints went 2-1 the place turned from ( a football library) to a Wolves Cauldron of pure noise.
My Grandson and I have followed with interest, he that is called Neto, he gives his all, it doesn’t come off every time, but he gives everything he has, every time,. We love the kid and wow has he developed, his skill on the ball, his taking on defenders like he’s been doing it all his life and his pure courage and effort is to die for. So, it’s brilliant he finally gets his just rewards, right at the same time as Jimmy finds his Mojo again, first half Jimmy couldn’t do flip all with the ball, but the second half he was a joy to watch.
Just been into the town for some food and a few sherbets, the place was chokka with Wolves fans giving it Nuno. Watching the Chelsea game in the pub I nearly choked on my Chicken and Woodland mushroom pie when Toon scored, the pub erupted, Wolves fans taking over again.
All in all a great day, met Wolves bloggers new and old and lots of me muckers.
Bring on the Scousers.
New song for Rik Rak…
Jonny Otto
Jonny Otto
Loves the Stells
Loves Paella
The lads bloody Magic.
I suspect Cutrone left because of the annoying song composed for him, I’m just saying. Let’s hold on to Jonny boy, not drive him away. ;=)
If I was proud and angry after Anfield, I am proud and delighted tonight. Credit not just to the players for the way they responded but primarily to Nuno’s back-room boys – you know, the one’s that Warnock hates – for consistently finding ways to tweak the set-up and dig out positive results after some dodgy starts. Thats 18 points we have rescued ths season from losing positions – the best in the League by a mile. Now, if we could just get in front once in a while…
And despite ‘benefitting’ from it today, I stand by my principles – kick VAR out.
I think we deserved the win simply on strength of character to come back but man alive…..that sure looked like a handball to me based on the current laws.
I just think Stockley Park thought that we deserved a break at long last.
First on MOD with undiluted praise from all.
Wonders will never cease!
That was almost as unbelievable as Ralph Hasenhüttl’s verdict that the demolition of Jonny by two Southampton thugs was never a penalty.
What is that bloke on?
The same stuff as the referee I suppose.
That was the clearest penalty that I’ve seen this season.
Never mind, we did it. We got a VAR decision in our favour. (Or maybe two).
And don’t it feel great!
Cook’s diving save for Bournemouth at Norwich runs it close though.
Rui would have been proud of it.
But was his arm in an unnatural position?
We will need a song for Neto soon
What a talent
I read somewhere that we had the youngest ever premiere league bench ! Can anyone confirm?
Either way, this puts us in a great position before some tough games and may entice a bit more talent to come and join the pack
Utw
Absolutely brilliant watch .The character of these guys is incredible .
Defensively we are not strong enough though .The Donk is a bit of a liability .Cannot wait for Boly to be back .We have not been as strong without him .
Neto will be a star and at present at least has better finishing then Jota .Great to have them both though .
Short term we do have a better solution than the Donk in the back three. Ryan Bennett.
I agree that he has his shortcomings, such as his inability to play out prettily from the back as Nuno prefers. But he knows how to defend. He is a solid, no nonsense defender — and proven. Not much gets past him, and he does not make the the silly mistakes which endlessly mark the Donk`s performance — which costs us goals.
Think back to Ryan`s recent performance at Liverpool where he played in the back three with Kilman and Coady. The Liverpool front two barely had a look in all day. This was probably our best defensive performance since Boly got injured
Ryan may not be the long term solution. But for now he is the best we have got in that position. Nuno should play him– and the stupid costly mistakes will diminish.
Agree with you about Bennett .Pity Nuno does not recognise this at present .I have not checked but my sense is that let in far fewer goals last season with Bennet in situ although we did have Boly all season .
Nick you are right. Boly Bennet and Coady made for a rock solid, reliable back three. They complemented each other in a way that our present solution does not. They played together as a unit, and not as three individuals.
At the end of the day, the primary role of the back three is to defend. The abilty to mark tightly and be positioned correctly is an essential skill, which unfortunately the Donk lacks. Playing out prettily from the back may well be attractive, but not at the expense of making mistakes that leads to goals conceded.
So, please Nuno go back to basics. Play defenders who know how to defend. It`s time for us to avoid having to fight back from behind as a consequence of endless mistakes at the back
Agree. Drop the dead donkey
Couple of names to look up.
Paco Alcacer- Striker
Dani Olmo- Attacking midfielder/ winger
Worth a punt
I’ve been lauding Dani Olmo for the past year as exactly what we need.
Spanish wonder who plays for Dinamo Zagreb. About £25m-ish.
Get him in!

Only rumour but a strong one. 🙂
If they consistently played in the first half the way they play in the second half, Clive would be leading the Prediction League!
Well done to the coaches and players. They all work hard to the final whistle in every match.
VAR = ya win some, ya lose some. Just as it was before VAR. The real danger is how it can negatively affect the pace of play. It can just kill the flow of a match. You can see that happening to a degree already. Next thing you’ll hear is “let’s go to commercial during the break.” Beware! Be vigilant! Be vocal! Don’t think it can’t happen.
Feeling just a tiny bit smug after re reading my match prediction scenarios( Neto, Nuno, VAR etc.. but no Neves free kick … however that’s probably best Thursday)
Still don’t like the early gifting tho
To make the weekend improve a little more let’s see Manure lose 8-0 , thus lifting us up to 5th on goal difference
Oh and maybe the Reds have three sent off …then bring on Thursday’s fun
( I know this is more detail than you all probably need but I’ll be recovering from an early Thursday – precautionary – colonoscopy when game comes on TV here … so WAKE me up lads with a sparkling FIRST half please)

I’ll say it now
2-1 Thursday

Hope it all goes well Marin and that Wolves provide a sweet wake-up call.
What do I know about football, not a lot it seems. Just had third helping of humble pie, I should really know better.
Never doubt the lads or Dr. Nuno.
Roll on Thursday bring on the Pool
Could not have put it better, I too, forecast a home win. Too many years of disappointment has coloured my judgement it seems. Firmly believe that we will put a small dent in Liverpools relentless push to a , deserved, title this season.
Three Wolves goals three VAR reviews three decisions for Wolves!!
The last goal should not have been allowed as Adama clearly handled the ball at the kick off at the start of the second half and it clearly influenced play.
How far do you go back? This is football, not chess.
You may have missed the irony, I think, Prawny.
Doh got me!
VAR didn’t bother to look at VVD’s possible hand ball because it was too far back in the play so then it follows that they wouldn’t look that far back at Traore.
And yes, I missed the sarcasm.
It was an attempt at irony but clearly failed.
I also failed at using a lot of cliches in my comments and had to give them up so now I avoid them like the plague.
You could always use the end sarcasm tag that was so popular a couple of years back.
Great, it’s not allowing me to use the tag for some reason.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish Dougie, AKA West Park Wolf, a blissfully happy birthday today. Have a great day mate!
Also to give my best to Marin Wolf for his upcoming colonoscopy. Hope it’s all fine. Just remember, when making predictions in the near future… Don’t sit on the fence!
Oooh!
Thanks very much, Mark. That sure was a lovely early birthday present from Dr Nuno and the boys!
Happy birthday Dougie. Have a good one mate.
Cheers Thomas. Hopefully catch up with you in The Clarendon soon.
Hearty congratulations Dougie, on yet another birthday.
Cheers Steve. Yes, the years keep rolling on (must be a song in there somewhere).
Fantastic 2nd half performance. If matches started at 3:45 we’d be giving Liverpool a run for their money.
This was one of those games which engendered much head scratching around me on the away terrace at St Marys. After the first 45, we were scratching our heads thinking what the hell has happened to our fluid, flowing footie which has thrilled us since the good Doctor took the reins. Our passing was way off with even simple, straightforward balls going sadly astray. And of course the opposition, as oppositions are apt to do, took full advantage.
After 90 mins there was a whole lot more head scratching going on, as we marvelled at the skilful, gritty and tactically brilliant comeback which bought us the three points and had the home fans streaming glumly for the exits well before full time.
What a difference? What did Nuno say to his troops which sparked such a massive turnaround?
It’s a head scratcher indeed. The proverbial game of two halves. So many fantastic performances in that scintillating second half. As for the penalty award, for Mr Hasenhuttl to claim it was wrong is unfathomable. As Dave on Talking Wolves wittily pointed out, ‘if it had been any more stonewall, they’d need planning permission’.
Overall, it was three happy bunnies who headed home to Devon post-match and there’s no doubt we’ll give Liverpool a helluva game on Thursday. Can’t wait.
Even worse was the referee giving a corner…..
It was a dual, cynical assault which, had it not been given, would have made a mockery of the laws of the game….
I was watching the game on DAZN and there was a Scottish commentator.
He said the penalty was a matter of opinion and therefore not a clear and obvious error.
It looked obvious to me but I don’t have the experience of these commentators.
If it looks obvious to you Tim then I think we all agree that it’s blindingly obvious.
He was no commentator just another so-called expert given free rein to spout his opinion on TV. We do get a good one occasionally but this guy is a regular unfortunately
He wouldn’t be quite as obnoxious if he spoke English we could understand, but I agree, he’s a twat.
This is the guy – another ‘never quite was, has-been’…

Well, this team continues to surprise and amaze in bundles.
A fabulous turn around in the second half. A particular delight for me was seeing the unconfined joy on Traore’s face at the end.
This where our season picks up again. Roll on Thursday!
Nuno is taking the p**s !
There cannot be any other explanation !
Klipperty Klopp must have been laughing in his lager at half time watching that display.
Bet he wasn’t at full time though .
What will happen on Thursday Klipperty ?
What will Nuno have his boys do on Thursday Klipperty ?
Which Wolves will turn up against your lot klipperty ?
You will find out on Thursday klipperty because you like us haven’t got a bloody clue.
Just like rolf hasntgotacloogle didn’t yesterday when he thought he had won at half time.
Only the mysterious DR has the answer Klipperty and he isn’t telling anyone not even his players.
I just wouldn’t get too cocky if I was you.
oooh I feel good today.
Spikey,
If Klip of the Klop though he’d “got away with one” last time at Anfield, then I reckon the good Dr may plan to be 0:3 down at half time & then we’ll turn it around to win 4:3 with the winner in the 96 minute following 5 minutes of injury time.
However, if he does have this as a plan, there should be an email being issued to all over 50’s on Ramipril on Wed to ensure a double dose on Thursday morning.
So United couldn’t manage to de-rail the ‘pool juggernaut but I really don’t fear playing anyone at the minute. And I don’t ever recall saying that before.

I watched the Fiorentina game Saturday and they had a VAR situation. The fans were whistling with anger there, too, because it took so long.
The referee, after he heard from the VAR officials, went to look at the screen.
He decided that even if it was a handball, there was nothing the defender could do and it didn’t impact the play so let it go.
Liverpool to beat Man.U, and results this week-end could not be better.
Totally convinced we can beat the scousers after watching that .
Wolves fans wanting Man Utd to lose so they don’t pull clear of us in the league….
..speaks volumes as to how far we’ve come, and long may it continue…
…not that anyone’s gonna read this (how late am I?)
Here we go. Molineux. Under the lights. A team unbeaten after 23 games on our patch. This is what Molineux is made for. Just as Fergie and his unbeaten Man utd came calling 10 /11 years ago in February. Do do do the Georgie Elokobi. It’s all set up for a classic. We will do them 2-1.
I was sitting in another part of St Mary’s with friends who are Saints fans. The first half was an unpleasant experience apart from the absolutely brilliant support coming from our fans. What a racket of songs and chants even at 2 nil down. St Mary’s must be the quietest stadium in the League, some polite clapping and one whiny song, it makes our Billy Quiet Stand look rowdy. Amazing second half but fantastic supporters, take a bow and some credit for the three points.
Goodison Park must run it close for librariness. Is that even a word?

Sorry for being late on parade, had to eat some lemons to get the shit eating grin off me fizzog!!
Hand in the air time, I’m afraid, I thought our first half performance was third division standard, and even told Bedders that if we keep that up for long, the dreaded R word would soon be bandied about.
What a twat I was!
Merlin obviously wanted us to be first on MOTD, so told our guys to let in two goals, just to make a game of it.
So, to the tune of “Close to you” by the Carpenters, ” He sprinkled stardust on their boots” and the rest is history.
Why do any of us have even a fleeting thought of defeat?
If that result doesn’t give Kloppy sleepless nights, then nothing will.
It was great to see five of the “top six” ( what a joke that is) not winning, as well as Leicester, who’s bubble has really bost, giving us a helping hand towards fourth or even third place.
Can’t say enough about the character of our team, the never say die, never give up, never surrender attitude, keep going beyond the last minute.
Forty years in the wilderness, waiting for a messiah.

Dementia took you from us years to soon.

Do you remember the decades when going a goal down even if only after five minutes meant it was time to get your coat coz there would be no coming back.
Maybe you only get spirit like that when you have a small tightly knit squad.
I have commented behalf on the current problems created by Doc and Donk but also the difficulties of changing them. But in their defence for Saturday I have to add that Redmond was on absolute fire and would have created issues for any defence.
I am still really confused how we picked up Neto and Jordao and why we paid so much based on their past experience. But I can see that this was a beautiful gift by Jorge that will get better and more significant as time goes by. Maybe the summer of 2019 was a better transfer window than we thought.
There are, every so often, games that prove to be pivitol. Back in the Championship, if you can remember that, we were 1-0 and a man down with Nuno sent to the stands. We came back to win and never looked back. Cue huge celebrations from the good Doctor, (made even better by the reaction of the locals in the posh seats).
This game has the same feel. The never give up attitude of the players and Nuno’s match winning tweaks. I really expect us to go on the sort of run that could take even higher in the league and maybe all the way to glory in Gdansk.
See you all Thursday!
Well yet another “I was there moment”. We have had more of these moments under Nuno than the last 20 years under various managers.
The never say die attitude from Nuno and the boys is fantastic, when most of us had written the game off, the boys came back to send us into ecstasy.
The few hundred yards walk back to the hotel via a bridge and underpass was full of singing Wolves fans, not a Southampton voice was to be heard…….wonder why?
Next up the simple job of putting the ‘pool to the sword, yet another record to be broken.
Proud of Nuno, Proud of the lads, Proud of the twelfth man!
Ps belated birthday wishes Dougie

I was so excited it took 6 pineapple rings million and millions and a satsuma on top!!!!
First of many on the way.
“Leonardo Campana pictured at Compton, signing and finalising deal as we speak,”Tim Spiers
Also we are reported to have made a bid of £25m for Daniel Podence from Olympiacos. Winger with 5 goals and 5 assists this season so far.
A source inside Compton has said, “Doherty has been playing with knee pain for 2 Months) that explains erratic performances in my eyes.
All the more credit to him for battling on.
I’m not sure he’s been right all season.
Just goes to show that we very rarely know the full picture.
I knew there had to be some reason for his play not being what it was last year.
Guy came on BBC WM tonight talking about the Liverpool game on Thursday saying “they could give us a good game”…I love that fella!!
Liverfool could give us a good game??
Nah.
They were time wasting last time all second half, so if they try that again, they will come unstuck!!
Watching them v manure they were very ordinary, and playing hoofball for a lot of the game.
Rubbish tactics, rubbish team, rubbish manager and most of all rubbish fans.
Talking some nonsense again Clive as he’s quite a decent manager actually. Spot on with the other comments though.
Are you Tim in disguise?
You are entitled to your opinion of what I talk, as am I of you and your crap.
No offense of course!
Tim who?
Maybe we should put it to the vote. Those who think Klopp is a rubbish manager can give me a thumbs down, those who think otherwise a thumbs up. I know who’d be my choice if we didn’t have Nuno.
Keep that tongue firmly in your cheek Clive!!
XX
Or in a pineapple ring?
What’s that line from a very old Australian song,
” I gotta tongue, that is ten inches long, and I’ve learned to breath through my ears”
Stop it, this is a family show!!
Not me, Cliveyboy. I’d never accuse you of talking rubbish would I?
I do not disguise myself. I have the courage of my convictions, unlike a few on this blog.
Name and shame then. If you have the courage, and your reasons too.
Sandwell 0 Stoke 1. Breaks my heart. Jitters kicking in. Watch the vermin get s stuffy penalty or summat’.Bilic trying to copy Nuno beard. There is only one beard that’s feared. That will be Thursday night.
I love that.
THE BEARD THAT’S FEARED!!!
A marvelous evening to lift the January blues. Sandwell defeat. Well done Danny Baath. Wolves fan / legend .
A big, big, big well done to Danny Batth.
Cut Danny and he bleeds Gold and Black top bloke brilliant servant for us in our dark days.
Anyone have any idea what the Wolves strategy is for this window?
Other top teams seem to be going for top players to make a run for the top 4. (Of course, that is just newspaper talk so it might all be a lot of hot air.)
Are Wolves doing that behind the scenes?
Most of what I am reading about is players with potential to be stars in the future.
Depth and some variety, presumably.
We’ve got an outside chance at 4th, if all goes perfectly but I’m not sure if we are going to put the resources into reaching that. Will they be happy with 6th or 7th?
I could see Fosun saying top 6 is acceptable while we build up our revenues from Mexico and China. We don’t have the revenues to compete with the financial big boys yet and it is really only year 4 of a 10 year plan.
WARNING!!!!
Be very careful all ye who go to the Novotel.
I just got notification of a parking violation, which was issued three minutes BEFORE I checked into the hotel!
They must have known I was coming!
Someone needs to get a life.
Sitting in the carpark, they obviously didn’t realise you were coming in three minutes..
Stop it…..
Behave….

Great video but where was Nuno.
Young Senor Campana seems to have masses of talent and a great attitude. I’m sure he’ll be a fine addition to our first team squad and my guess is that it won’t be long before we see him on the pitch in the Premier League.
Couple more impressive signings in the pipeline too, I’m led to believe.
