Mundane soundbites are what we’ve all come to expect during the week, so it was a refreshing change to finally hear David Davis being talked up.
Chesterfield boss John Sheridan was keen to praise Davis after his loan spell was cut short:

“David did really well for us during his short time with us and it’s a big blow, he is a kid that could play at a higher level. He’s been a big part of what we’ve done in the last few games, and getting to the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy final of course.”
“But he’s Wolves’ player and he’s going back to play in the first team. I hope he gets his chance to play in the Premier League.”
The Chesterfield fans were equally gutted to see him leave.
With Karl Henry injured, Guedioura exiled and Jonnson seemingly declared not fit for purpose there’s a strong possibility the youngster will be handed his Premier League debut against Blackburn.
And I say he should play from the start.
Why not?
After the Craven Cottage catastrophe, TC’s options are severely limited and I think Davies could offer a timely boost to both the Molineux crowd and his fellow-players.
The supporters are desperate to see a home-grown talent and getting one of our own out there on Saturday would give all us something to unite behind.
As for the players, well they just look exhausted don’t they?
We need a fresh injection of energy and a confidence lift. You would imagine Davis at the very least would provide these two things.
I admit it’s not ideal given the magnitude of the fixture but even from a purely tactical viewpoint, without the services of Henry and Frimpong, we’re lacking any sort of athleticism or defensive cover in the midfield.
O’Hara and Milijas are capable footballers but without someone to put in the leg work, only the worst aspects of their game come to light.
Foley can ‘do a job’ but he’s hardly the combative, physical presence we need right now, as demonstrated by his performance on Sunday.
Something has to change and drastic times call for drastic measures.
I think we’ve arrived at that particular juncture.
So come on TC – put him in.

Nothing else to lose give him and the rest of the youth team ago.
Totally agree !!
We all thought that nothing could get worse after
the Albion game……then came Fulham …..by far
a much worse case of not competing ( and let’s not us
forget the early signs at home to QPR.) Had Henry
stayed on would it have been a different game ?
I’m not sure it would , the majority of our team
being off the boil , not up for it , simply not competing .
So , TC said after the earlier ‘worst’ game , he had to
change things – you can’t pick the same eleven .
So , assuming who’s fit , I’d have Craddock and Bassong
as a centre pairing – experience and quality pace .
Give Davis that holding role, ask him to be free of
the horrid pressure surrounding the ‘regular’ and
very tired looking options .
Fletcher must start , our only real striker threat .
And , please , command whoever else supports him
, be that O’Hara , Doyle from a deeper role , or Milijas
to have a pop at goal with some venom !!
Such a big game , please let us all play our part too
If all goes badly –save it ’till the end .
Up the Wolves ….I’ll be back whatever !!
Ps , an almost 1st post ….love you all xx
I think Craddock would be a useful addition, we need a reassuring presence in defence. What else have we got to lose
Agree 100%, by the way have we sold Danny Batth? if not we should recall him has well, give these kids a chance, lets face it the “pro’s” are letting us down, what’s happened to young Forde he was in and around the squad now all of a sudden he seems to have gone.
Would most certainly start with Craddock and Bassong.
One thing is certain we need to stay with the lads and everyone connected with the club, because if the crowd turn on Jez and SM it will cascade down to the pitch, lets leave it all behind us until the end of the season and make the Golden Palace rock again.
COME ON ME BABIES………….WE ARE WOLVES………….ONWARDS AND UPWARDS.
Batth is still on Loan at Sheffield Wednesday. Living here in Sheffield I (along with my visiting dad and grandad, all 3 die hard wolves fans, slyly hiding my wolves phone case) went along to the steel city derby a couple of weeks back and Batth played the whole game.
Talented kid, I wouldn’t slot him straight into the first team though based on what I saw at Hillsborough. Needs to work his way up.
Call yourself a proper fan, living in Sheffield? Johnwolf won’t like that.
Mind you, as a proper fan, I’m surprised johnwolf didn’t know we’d loaned Batth and not sold him…
Agreed…throw the kitchen sink at them right from the start…get into their noses…these are desperate times. Make the players wear and play for the shirt with pride….at least we go down fighting.
The Chesterfield’s fan forum do agree that Davis was a brilliant player for them, but towards the end of the topic discussion they mention that they would be surprised to see Davis sent into the first team as they don’t think he holds the quality they require.
That aside, I wholeheartedly agree with you. If we could call back Batth too then I pray we do, energy and determination are required and who else will give it as well as players like Batth and Davis who will ultimately play their hearts out for the team that has mad a professional football career possible.
Yeah, put a team of kids out there and fuck the rest off, none of them seem to have any guts left, no pride in the shirt and no effort for the stupid money they get paid.
Pay them on results, that’ll soon get some fire in their bellys.
If not fuck ’em all off in the summer, including management and coaches and especially that BIG FAT FUCKING GREASEBALL, and start over asfresh.
You may have guessed I finally watched the performance from Graven (!) Cottage.
What a collection of losers.
Fuckin’ rubbish all of them.
NO BOTTLE.
Where is the next point coming from….probably our third or fourth game of next season, in the second division.
FOWB (for Scooped)
You watched that after having the chance to skip it? Wow, that takes guts – I haven’t even dared look at any matchday pictures!
That;s just the sort of garbage reaction that we need – have you not heard of supporting the team even when times are bad? we need everyone together! and I mean everyone.
That big fat greasebal – I take it you mean Jez -well without him we would be were pompy are trouble is some fans havn’t got the brains to see it -maybe you would rather we have someone in like the Bhattis?
We have someone like the bhattis, only they’ve painted themselves white and changed their names to moxey and Morgan.
And we support the team, but not the wankers who run it…..and all the twats who come on here slagging off their fellow bloggers.
We are expected to applaud the garbage we see week after week, then, according to your logic?
Well, bollocks to that, I’ll tell it like it is, utter fuckin’ rubbish.
Whatever team comes out on Saturday will have the full support of all the home fans, but let them underperform, or not try, and then see what shit gets flung at them.
No one likes or will tolerate a slacker, especially in these dire times, but if they all give 100% then that’s all we can ask.

diplomacy101: how to unite the Wolves fans, by johnwolf
1) call other people’s posts garbage
2) say other fans don’t have the brains to see how things really are
3) say that anyone who doesn’t like Moxey would prefer the Bhatti brothers.
there will be a test at the end of the season so pay attention folks!
You are literally a moron
Thats Johnwolf by the way, not Clive or Sleachy
COULD BE NO WORSE THAN THE DICKHEADS AT THE BACK AT THE COTTAGE….
Its all a big fat joke, and i cant take a single thing WWFC, or moxy or morgan or conner say seriously….
i hear protests are being planned… wish i was up in wolvo to join in… anyone got a flag of fat moxey i can burn… bet it’d go up like a chip shop !
That say’s it all -wish you were up in wolvo? you have a lot to say on all the blogs and in the local rag and yet you ain’t even going to the match – just fuck off admant, your a dickhead, has for moxey you ain’t man enough to tie his boot laces, maybe you would rather have the Bhatti’s, Jez Moxey is doing a terrific job but some of you lot can’t see it.
I take it you won’t be in “wolvo” if -IF we go down.
People (your not a fan) like you make me sick – all mouth wind and piss.
Like these so called fans from afar who gob off – easy to do it when you ain’t spending money on the team, just like the fans we have now, premiership only – but when we come back up they will all be there rolling up to the games gobbing off about how much they support the team, and what lovely loyal fans they are? just like they all were in the bad old days when only a couple of thousand of us turned up – look at them now! backstabbers!
I am one of those fans from afar, and the reason for that is I have a life outside of Wolverhampton, which you obviously do not.
I am not a mindless moron, who can’t spin two grammatically correct sentences together, living only for match day, to go and get mindlessly drunk, which apparently in your case will not take long, then finally manage to type something resembling coherence on this blog, slagging off a fellow blogger and fan.
You are a sad, delude excuse for a Wolves fan, which is glaringly obvious from your love affair with THAT FAT FUCKIN’ GREASEBALL.
Could it be that you ARE the aforementioned greaseball, or related?
By the way, I typed this blog slowly, to give you a chance to understand it….you can actually read big words, can you?
We reaqlly don’t need your sort on this blog, why don’t you join the shit down the road, you might even appear intelligent to them!!!
FOWB
not slowly enough apparently
So by your logic when a Wolves fan leaves the midlands they should stop caring about the club they were raised to follow and support a more local club? hardly the conduct of a ‘proper fan’ is it?
Or is the appropriate course of action to spend the rest of your life in the midlands so that you can legitimately form opinions regarding Wolverhampton Wanderers? Now that’s a measure of dedication by which I would be found wanting, but to label me a premiership only fan is SO FAR wide of the mark as to be laughable. If I’d only become a fan in the last 3 years it would be much easier to wash my hands of the current nonsense being served up at Molineux and become a Man City fan.
And FYI I was one of the couple of thousand who used to turn up in the 80s, so you can take your knife from between my shoulder blades and shove it up your moxey.
Shove it up your Moxey! Another cracker, well done.
Well said johnwolf, ive been saying that for years but we have fans who can only see someone elses pocket.
If they had to help pay for players etc they would all be from afar
What the fuck did that mean?
Are you suggesting that fans can’t have an opinion on their club being run badly, because they’re not multi millionaires?
Because I’m sure you’re not that dumb
No im not that dumb and fans need an opinion and if the club is run badly should voice that opinion.
Im saying that a lot of fans want the club to spend out of their means and this is no good for anyone.
I liked McCarthy but he lost his way, bringing in TC is stupid so i have my opinion but if we bring in another manager he will destroy what we have (although a lot of them are US anyway) and spend a fortune to try to get us where we were 2 years ago.
M & M wont like that or let it happen.
Fair enough – I have issues with both Morgan and Moxey that only time will tell if I’m right or not. Morgan I think is using his position as Wolves owner to line his own pockets. The training ground development includes executive housing to built on green belt land by Redrow. At best this is a clash of interests, at best it is a form of fraud. I woudl also be surprised if the stadium development isn’t benefiting him in some form through sub contractors or back scratching.
Moxey has put little into the club and taken a lot out, his attitude to the fans demonstrated by his performance at the fans parliament last year (that was reported on this site) stinks. His handling of the sacking and replacement of McCarthy was a master stroke of lies and spin.
Finally bear in mind that every time you go to a game, or pay your sky subscription, you are contributing to the club and you have a right to voice an opinion on how that cash is spent. Don’t think for one minute that Steve Morgan isn’t doing very well out of woning Wolves, I would be astonished if he isn’t making a killing out of it, either directly or indirectly
So many typos in that ! Note to self, don’t type angry 🙂
Note to tafkag………………….fuck the typo’s, write with passion and anger and vent your true feelings. It also helps if you are drunk at the time, for several reasons.
1. You don’t give a shit who you offend.
2. You write what you really feel.
3. You won’t remember the following day and deny it was you!!!
They say you only get the truth from young children and drunks, so in my case, both caps fit!!!
FOWB
There arent too many who want to build anything in Wolverhampton these days and the chances of us finding a Wolves supporting Mother Teresa with a 100 million to spend arent good.
There arent too many who want to build anything in Wolverhampton these days and the chances of us finding a Wolves supporting Mother Teresa with a 100 million to spend arent good.
I think you are probably correct on all counts but if some one else came in they would be the same, seems the only person to treat Wolves as a club was Sir Jack but we can only assume he did not do the same as Morgan.
Going down to the championship is going to hurt Morgan if you are correct in your assumtions though.
Even so i still dont think we as a club should overspend like bigger clubs, fans may say if we get better players we will be a bigger club but in English football only 4 to 6 clubs will be able to survive with big bebts.
The only small bit of comfort that I can think of regarding relegation is the chance for academy players like Davis to get their chance to play for Wolves – not that I want relegation of course! It would be brilliant if the lad made a great impact for us though – let’s use him and see what he can do! At least he’ll show some life!
Agree agree agree….we’re doomed give the kids a shot Forde, Gorman, Batth, Docherty etc etc etc…..
British by Birth Dingle till I die!!!
Well believe it or not Clive I still haven’t watched the A****n or F****m games. In both matches which I watched live for approx 20 mins each, Wolves could have been 3 or 4 down by this time so….I recorded both games, supposedly to watch later and took the grandchildren down the park on their bikes, where a wonderful time was had by all. On arriving back home on both occasions, a quick check of SKY revealed the worst. Needless to say both drubbings were deleted immediately on both days and the children were allowed to watch Noggin the Nog, Mr Ben and Bagpuss.
Up the Wolves !!!!!

Noggin The Nog? Is Nogbad The Bad still about?
Captain Pugwash was my hero.
Who can name his ship?
Roger the cabin boy! Plenty of that going on.
Master Bates and Seaman Stains but can’t remember the name of the ship.
Btw, agree with all you say Clive.
The ship was a suntanned version of Moxey, The Black Pig.
Right, starter for ten. Who was his mortal enemy and name of his ship.
Was it all the Wolves fans on the Fickle Wanderer?
Or the moxey fans on the Fick Wanderers.
Cut Throat Jake, of course, on The Flying Dustman.
Oh yes, Scooped he certainly is !!
Who does he remind you of ?? Anyone in particular ??
Does anyone know the name of the Court Inventor in Noggin the Nog ?
Perhaps he could invent a magic ball or potion or something to help Wolves out of this fine mess they’ve got themselves in.
Oh by the way does anyone know what Noggin and his warriors did at 11 o’clock every day?
No it’s nothing naughty.
Go on then! I give up. Cant remember what was happening at 11 o’clock but the Court Inventer was Olaf The Lofty.
Was very fond of Thor Nogson but my favourite has to be Prince Knut ‘cos it sounds a lot like Moxey!
At 11 0 clock they always had their elevenses, as a consequence all my boys always had their elevenses and so too do our grandchildren, a drink and a biscuit.

Sorry dont agree. Every point is precious and putting in a player who has no PL time at all is madness. We know our players can make it in the Championship but only a couple look remotely good enough to play in a competitive PL side. Frankly Chesterfield and Wolves are (still) worlds apart and bringing in the lad too soon won’t help us or him. We’ve toyed with Forde and Docherty but I don’t see anyone calling for them to return and in truth they did as well as expected.
I can understand that we are all grasping at straws here as in “throw a new untried body in can’t be any worse” but we are currently in a position where we know it can be worse as TC, who in all truth was part of the problem not part of the solution is now our Manager and most would happily have McStubborn back! Again understandable looking at the worst PL performance yet at Fulham.
Why on earth would we lend out Guedi and Hammill and bring back an untried lad. While Guedi was out of form he is a” get at them” player who moves the ball around and isn’t scared of stepping up to take a shot, yes we all know he is careless and wayward but at least we know him. Cut to Hammill who must be the most mobile and quickest midfielder we have unlike Captain Slow -Milijas. Again he’s selfish and ill disciplined and want to waste opportunities but christ knows he at least gets amongst the opposition and guess what will have a shot at goal.
Are we really saying that because Davies is untried and new that is a risk worth taking when we have players out on loan who could make the difference.
If you really want to take a risk drop Hennessy and put DeVires in as I think Hennessy has finally given up as he has let in at least 6 savable goals in the last 4 games, yes again he has made some fine saves and he is a great goalie but I think he is showing the dip that had him dropped last season.
If I was in charge I wouldn’t have loaned out squad players and I would be playing the following against Blackburn. 4-5-1 or 4-3-3 depending on Blackburns formation and I would keep moving them around to confuse and unsettle Blackburn. They are a fast midfield an dcan cope with getting back fast. I am certain win or lose this team would be competitive and actually fight to stay in the PL
DeVires
Stearman
Craddock
Ward
Bassong
OHara
Forde
Hammill
Guedi
Jarvis
Fletcher
Granted we would concede goals but aren’t we already? At least this team would score some and if they score 1 more than they concede then=3pts.
Fight Fight where ever you may be we are the boys from the Black Country.. Let’s see some bloody fight, win or lose let’s finish the season Proud to be Wolves.
Forde should play as well as Davis.
Out of self respect, TC should drop as many as he can who played in the Fulham debacle.
Good god – some of you lot call yourselves Wolves fans??????????????????????????? we ain’t down yet, take a look at the the rest of those teams fixtures that are around us, we can still do this, but backstabbing, threatening to have demo’s etc, etc, is not going to help anyone especially those that need it most – THE BLOODY TEAM!
I ain’t given up yet and never will do -not until we are definatly down, bloody hell shut up and save your breath for supporting the lads.

“We’re all 100% behind Terry Connor” because he was first at the bar.
Laughing stock. I was emailed the link from an Albi*n fan. They think it’s Christmas.
Johnson is a disgrace. Waste of money, not very good and clearly uncommitted.
He played well for 2 games and since then has been poor. Dickhead.
I don’t mind Rog boozing, it’s the smack I wish he’d cut down on. It’s definitely affecting his performances
Major Frank Buckley our esteemed manager had the whole team on amphetamines apparently
What a pointless, pathetic blog this has turned into. That arsehole from Houston and the inbred called johnwolf should be banned as they add zilch to the discussion but just chuck insults at each other knowing they’ll never meet. As Harry Hill would say Only one way to settle this, put the 2 morons together and let them fight!
Maybe the Blog is just a representation of where the club is right now then…Pointless and Pathetic…
Morgan OUT!!! Moxey OUT!!! TC OUT!!!
No need for the insults. What’s the point in that Barrywolf?
Barrywolf is right, it needed saying. Johnwolf and clive from houston are a pain in the arse.
Whole thread is pointless mind you, weak, crap article
Saying someone is inbred does not need saying!!
If you don’t like it don’t read it. No need to through around insults. Tom and Ben write these articles off their own back and it gives other wolves fans, like yourself, a chance to discuss whats happening at our club. If you can’t appreciate the work thats put in then dont bother reading or commenting.
There is an old saying that if you cannot say anything good about someone, dont say anything.
So, johnwolf, leslie ann downs and blur……………………………………………………..
I know a comparison is impossible but who watched Barcelona last night?
Watching that it’s hard to believe that our team play in the best league in the country. Payed thousands of pounds A WEEK and they can’t put two passes together.
The truth is, relegation or not, there is something seriously wrong at our club and this fact has to be faced otherwise we are going to be left farther and farter behind.
Woops, pardon me.
Have you been knocking em back with Johnson again Martin ! 🙂
Morgan OUT!!! Moxey OUT!!! TC OUT!!!
Just read about Roger Johnson turning up drunk to training on Monday. What a cock. Get rid.
I’ve been told before that Johnson is a big boozer. A friend saw a few of the wolves players in his local and said Johnson stayed on by himself drinking pints after everyone else had left.
I don’t like the guy, ever since I saw him on Soccer AM. He’s arrogant, doesn’t seem to give a shit and he’s been wank since we signed him. Also looks like his presence as captain has had an adverse effect on the team. Hope TC drops him from the squad for Blackburn. Bring Craddock back in, he was superb against Sunderland earlier in the season.
Looks permanently drugged up to me.
If the drink story is true Johnson should be stripped of the captaincy and it be given back to Henry for the rest of the season. Say what you like about his hot headedness and lack of attacking guile but big Karl does bleed old gold and black. As far as I’m concerned Johnson is the biggest mistake we have ever made.
As for the kids it shows how desperate we are that we have to recall them, none of them have even played consistantly at Championship level yet, let alone in the premier league. It would have been nice to blood them in a few nothing games when we were comfortably safe (as if that would ever happen) as it is if he plays against Blackburn and makes a mistake that costs us the game it’ll be curtains for his confidence. I hope he does well but as much as he’s inconsistent and mostly shite I’d prefer Guedd in the squad and Davis at Notts Forest.
Forde and Docherty have already been found wanting at this level. Our youth players all need a spell at Championship level prior to coming through to give them a fraction of the experience of the pressure, crowds and good opposition players they are going to face in the premier league. Pinning so much of our hopes of survival on them is stupid.
TC needs to take control of the squad and work out why the team spirit and graft has disappeared. Removing Johnson as captain would be my first change, he doesn’t strike me as a born leader and frankly he needs to focus on his own form not the teams. Removing Berra from the centre of defence and Milijas or O’hara from the centre of midfield would be next, there all to inconsistent and are making mistakes that are costing us games. Playing players in their most natural positions would be another change, for the better. Finally, telling our players to get stuck in or they will be dropped would be next, we need to get back into the opposition. Make teams work to get through us.
Yeah I agree about the young players.. It’s not nice to say it, I know, but I was embarrassed for Forde against Chelsea. And Doherty had a working over from Man City in the Carling Cup. They’re kids – it’s to be expected. But if a senior player delivered those displays people would be ripping into them so I fear they’re not the answer in this situation.
We could probably do with this kind of player to help us through..
A few goals like this might help.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f-tRlIbUCL0&feature=related
Make this guy a wolves player…..
Morgan OUT!!! Moxey OUT!!! TC OUT!!!
It’s always bothered me that Hammills never been given more of a chance. I remember watching some clips on the news when we signed him of his goals for barnsley and thinking, “My god we’re onto a winner here!” Then he’s never really featured despite impressing me every time he plays.
Must be something that the coaching staff see that we don’t that prevents him from getting into the first team but my middlesborough supporting housemate was incredibly chuffed to get him on loan. Reckons he made an impact straight away.
No leadership being shown now Johnson retains the captaincy and is under consideration
for Saturday. Why does Moron have to be involved?
He looked blitzed when being interviewed the day MM left-he looked a mess.
One argument is we are not down until its proven however the lack of professionalism on and off
the field is testament to the state of the club.

FOJMandSM.
Get Johnson out the club, no pride in the shirt. A piss head aswell.
Wolves fan of almost 30 years and this is as horrible as i’ve known it. No manager ( I know we have TC but that’s no manager, looks scared fuckin’ half to death ), pissed captain, property developer owns the club, 5-1, 5-0 and I think the misses got me tickets for the Man Utd match for my birthday. All you lot are saying bring in the kids, but if Rovers beat us Saturday I say bring in the Wolves ladies team manager.
Johnson said the players should take 90% of the blame for MMs demise…….guess he’s still grieving.
Still captain? Of course he is. Another appalling decision by the club to add to the ever growing catalogue of poor decisions. It beggars belief to see a club so out of touch.
Particularly enjoyed greasballs slot on Talk Sport this morning. He didn’t disappoint, using the situation at Ranges to have another dig at us fans Apparently we should be eternally grateful to him that we are not in their position. All well and good Jez, however please explain how financially prudent it is for you to orchestrate the clubs relegation.
I just listened to the weasey greasel on Talk Sport, spouting his usual garbage, and it was interesting to hear his comments on Johnson.
“He’s apologized to us, to the manager and to the players”
What about the fans? Don’t we rate an apology?
Does that drunken dick think so little of us, us who pay his fuckin’ overblown wages, that he totally ignores us?
I hope he gets on the pitch on Saturday, play would be too strong a word to use after his recent shit performances, and if he does, I hope those present give him a talking to in good old Molineux fashion.
I thought, back in the summer, he was a great signing for us.
Proves how even gods like me can be mortal and wrong sometimes!!!!

I am not a fan of Moxey but i heard the interview and he was asked about the situation at Rangers he did not bring it up.Neither did he demand any gratitude from Wolves fans.
Reading some of the anti Moxey/Morgan blogs they do seem to feed on spite with a lack of truth, realism and constructive criticism.
Suggest you listen again – the inference was clear.
I agree and it’s a pity if any objective appraisal of Moxey’s role is lost in a deluge of personal abuse towards him.
Regular readers will know that I have questioned the merits of our Chief Exec many times and reference to any of my previous posts will show I’ve always tried to be objective and factual.
I suppose my basic problem with Jez is that I feel we pay him far more than his position (let alone his performance) merits.
In a post on an earlier thread yesterday, I quoted from the Clubs last audited accounts which show that one Director only received any remuneration.
The total for that one individual was c £1.1m with a further c £100,000 being paid into a defined pension scheme for that same Director.
During the financial year ending May 2011, Wolves’ turnover was £64m and their pre-tax profit £2.2m.
Compare this to the package for the Chief Exec of a major PLC, e.g. Severn Trent.
During their last financial year Severn Trent turnover was £1.7BILLION and their pre-tax profit £289m.
Their Chief Exec, Tony Wray, received an annual salary of £500,000 and a bonus of c £252,000. He is a member of Severn Trents Final Salary Pension Scheme.
It makes absolutely no sense at all to me that Jez is so highly remunerated, even if his performance was impeccable.
The fact that he has, by any measure, failed in certain key areas of his remit, makes the size of his package a scandal.
And I never called him fat once!
No, you reserve that insult for me……………….you bald bastid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I appreciate the blogs Thomas and Ben write- offering the chance to see varied comment from fervent supporters of all ages and demographics. I do feel Clive could be more measured as behind the bravado lies an inkling of sensibility that is lost in diatribe and profanity.
Censorship of views whether of blind support or disgust, however, would be a loss to the spirit of the blogs and insults are rarely edifying.
Keep it up T and B- this is a refreshingly unsanitised site with passion and veurve- such a release in the eb and flow of my emotional crisis in long support of the wolves- I think I need medication
If i could understand half of what you’ve written I would agree with you, or disagree!!!
My wife says I have no filters when I speak, which is very true.
I say what I think, in a way that perhaps pisses off many, but, with no filters in place, I don’t care.
All I want, Wolves related, is a succesful team on the pitch, as that will bring success off the pitch.
I have been watching and supporting The Wolves for 55 years, and I will never support or follow anyone else. That does not mean I accept and am happy with everything that has gone on these past few years, in fact I feel it gives me as much right to piss and moan and swear as anyone else.
If anyone insults me on this blog, they will get as good as they give.
If anyone disagrees with my opinions, great, that’s what it’s all about.
So, thank you for your kind comments, but I will not change my style, or try to become more diplomatic and calm.
So in keeping with that spirit, as Rush Limbaugh and other media tossers over here say, “if I have offended anyone….” Tough shit.
By the way, we all need medication after watching the crap we’ve had to put up with all season,…..mine’s a pint of Boddingtons, please.

Why oh why have we allowed 3 players from our squad to go out on loan at this crucial time of the season. We only had 24 players in the squad when we could have 25. Now we are down to 21. If they wanted playin time then they are told to try harder in training to get into our 1st team. They are meant to put pressure on the 1st team players. It makes no sense whatsoever. Hamill and adlene were very close to first team starts. What the fuck are moxey and morgan playing at.

Well said Nigella De Vil, and of course those fraudsters above that you list, have taken stupidity, greed and corruption to inevitable consequences for the football clubs they were at.
At the other end of the spectrum sit WWFC, very profitable, but with a crap team out of their depth in the premiership. Our club is in crisis, we have just sacked the manager and are in a relegation dogfight, basically because the current crop of players simply aren`t good enough.
Given that the market value of any clubs football players are not included in any accounting formulas, apart from the depreciating cost from purchase, and that home made players are totally off the accounts, surely there was room at Wolves to spend to get some better players in, and pay the higher wages needed.
Its a difficult balance of course, but that is where Moxey should be earning his bonuses, making sure Wolves stay in the premiership by appropriate investment in the team. Most of the income comes from the sucess of the performances on the pitch after all. Relegation would be down to Moxey as well as MM, and failing to deal with MM`s inadequacies also rest squarely on Moxey`s shoulders.
