Wolves currently find themselves placed 12th in the Premier League after an impressive 2-1 victory over Southampton at the weekend and will be looking to see if they can finally put a run of wins together to get them back into European spots where their fans and board of directors will expect them to be. Before of this, we look ahead to their next fixtures in the Premier League and how we think they’ll fare.

The next fixture in which we will see Wolves play will be at home to Leeds on Friday Night football, in a fixture which will be highly important, as they are one place above Leeds in the table. Leeds have been known to be a side in the Premier League to have entertaining games due to their footballing philosophy with them scoring and conceding a considerable amount all season. We’d expect Wolves to come out on top of this game due to Leeds’ leaky defence and punters have been supporting the side using the promotion offers on this UK bookmaker list.
In the fixture the weekend after, Wolves will travel up north to face Newcastle in another tie that we would expect the West Midlands club to come out on top. Newcastle are in trouble at the bottom on the league, especially after Fulham winning their last game and without top scorer Callum Wilson who has been ruled out for a couple weeks. Wolves will be travelling to Tyneside expected to bring home the 3 three point which will catapult them up the table and it is also another fixture that is proving popular at this early stage amongst punters. Wolves will be expected to shorten further, especially if they pick up the victory over Leeds prior.
Wolves will then have one of the biggest games of their seasons as they travel a short stone throw to Aston Villa for the Premier League West Midlands derby in which promises to be a mouth-watering clash, and slightly different to last seasons. Unlike last year, Villa now find themselves as the biggest side in the West Midlands and have certainly stamped their authority on the league this year as they are currently challenging for European positions. Wolves will know that they are in for a difficult fixture but if they can win their two previous games, then momentum might just be in their favourite.
