On the evening of Friday 8th May we’re going to celebrate a decade of Wolves Blog and I’d love it if you’d come along.
As has become tradition, the timing is to coincide with the final home game of the league season, which is against Crystal Palace the following day (Saturday 9th May).
It will be a (hopefully) fun, informal evening with food, drinks and some form of entertainment.
The venue will be in Wolverhampton of course. I’m hoping to book one of the spaces at Molineux itself, but this will be dependent on the number of people who commit to coming.
Tickets cost a tenner (a pound for every year of Wolves Blog), which will go towards hiring the room and anything else we decide to do.
I appreciate that the details are somewhat sketchy at this point, but hopefully, the modest cost of tickets and the guarantee we will do ‘something’ on that specific date is enough to commit.
Once I get an idea of numbers in the coming weeks, I’ll firm up plans and post an update with all the important details.
If you have any questions about the event, ideas, suggestions or are able to offer help please do comment below or contact me directly.
If you’ve never attended a Wolves Blog event before, I urge you to come along. It would be great to see as many new and familiar faces as possible. Believe me, you couldn’t ask for a friendlier, more welcoming group.
Lastly, apologies to the hardcore blogerati for not making enough effort in previous years. To those who’ve picked up the baton and brought the Wolves Blog community together, I am forever grateful and hope to make it up to everyone this time.
Whether it’s 10 or 200 in attendance, it will be a great evening and I’ll be buying everyone a drink (using Ben’s credit card) as a thank you.
Up The Wolves (Blog)!
